Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjusters. They're available for passenger vehicles, with part number TCMA1. That'll work with wheel sizes between 13 and 20 inches. They're available for light trucks, with part number TCMA 2. This will work with wheel sizes between 14 and 24 inches. Finally, they're available for heavy duty trucks, with part number TCMA3.
These will work with wheel sizes between 15 and 24 and a half inches. These rubber adjusters are designed to work with most Titan Tire Chains. They're going to give you the extra tension you need to make them nice and snug around your tire. They stretch for constant tension, providing a tight and secure fit. Our rubber adjusters attach to the center ring here, which allows it to maintain tension even if one arm breaks. Our attachment hooks make it easy to install.
We'll go ahead and show you that now. We've already got our Titan Chain installed, and as you can see, it's a little loose. Which, is a common problem. That's what our Titan Rubber Adjuster is here to fix. You'll want to be sure that the hooks are facing away from the tire. What we're going to do is go ahead and start by hooking the top.
Then, we're going to go directly across, hook the bottom, and then just work our way around. As you can see, it's already starting to tighten up that cable. That's what we want. Now, after you've got it installed, you can go ahead and put one on the other side. Once you've got them both installed, it's a good idea to drive a short distance, and then stop, get out, and check to see if you need to make further adjustments to your chain. Rarely use chains but these work great. Got stuck in a snow storm in Flagstaff early March. There was about 18 inches of snow over rutted ice. While you do have to commit to putting these on and you will be wet and/or dirty, there will be no issue getting through. The cam system works great at achieving a good fit the first setting but the second setting leaves no question they're in place to stay. We have a RWD E350 with 285/75/R16's and drove by many 4x4 vehicles that couldn't get out of the rutted ice and compacted snow. The V bars really cut in for that extra traction. Can't recommend enough if you need that extra performance in extreme conditions.
I bought these to replace a set of tensioners that were made up of chains & springs for my New Holland tractor. They were hard to stretch and had loose chain that had to be tied to prevent the extra chain from flopping all over. These are much easier to install, just hook & stretch & have a nice tension on them. They are well made with a metal ring in the center with the rubber arms attached to the ring. They look like they should hold up well.

Keeps the tire chains snug on duels
I put these on a little wet, my hand slipped over the knob and cut my hand open on the hook (twice). I bigger knob or rounded ends on the hook would be better. But they did a great job keeping the chains tight. After removing the straps, the chains seemed very loose.
Also recommend Titan Rubber chain adjus ters.
Purchased a few for use in case of heavy ice and snow on a trip from Chicago to Fairbanks. So far they look good. No quality control issues and they look sturdy and well built.
2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 TC2828CAM w/ TCMA3 Rubbers (Heavy Trucks)
Just received items and installed 1st time after watching video. Took 15 min in garage for dry run. Installed as video directed. Was an easy install considering that I am 65 yr old. Decided on these instead of cables for their longevity and safety. Don’t want a failure while driving. Very happy and impressed with these.
I would rather have them and not need them. ( tire chains). So far they have been to Las Vegas and back twice while riding in the trailer.
I purchased a set of Titan chains model #TC3229CAM and heavy duty rubber chain adjusters model #TCMA3 for my 2017 RAM 2500 diesel pickup with 285 60R/20 tires. I was a bit concerned that the chains might scratch my wheels or set too close to my brake lines but the fit was perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Alex was great with answering all my questions, helping me place my phone order, and following up with emails when my order shipped and was delivered. What fantastic customer service! I am heading to the Colorado mountains next week fully confident that I will be ready for any snow conditions I may encounter.
Worth their weight in snow.... Put these bad boys to work without fail. Don't try using snow chains without them, unless your into slinging shrapnel... Etrailer takes care of all my trailer parts needs. Easy to work with, fair prices, and realistic delivery times.
Haven't used them yet but being a truck driver for 12 years and having to chain up a few times just looking and holding them, this is definitely a heavy duty chain adjuster. Thanks etrailer. Everytime I needed something, I can always find it with you
Looks good but I haven't used them yet. Good suggestions from etrailer on extra tensioners for them. Good videos on how to use them. Not looking forward to using them but we'll find out end of January how it goes.
Did what it's supposed to!
Just got them. Won't be putting them on until late Spring when I have time for the tractor chains. Look well made though. Plenty of spring in the pull. We'll see how the UV treats them.

The tire chain adjusters arrived earlier than expected, and in good condition. I think they will perform the job very well.
My snow chain spider adjusters were all I was told they'd be. Arrived as promised and I'll order from etrailer again
I just want to thank you for following up on my order of chains after receiving them. I am very impressed with that in this day. I have yet to adjust them as I hope I don't need them, get it. lol! I am a Vietnam vet 1966-67 USMC Disabled and mostly dead. I have thirty three years driving 18 wheels and don't want to throw on iron if ya"ll know what I mean. I have not had to use them, however, I would rather have them and not need them than the other way around. Still have them and they give me peace of mind when traveling alone.
