  Hey Bryan, Yes, you can take apart the bolts holding the two valves together on the Double RV Waste Valves - Elbow - Rotating - 3" and 1-1/2" Hubs to 3" Spigot # T81. The actual valve portion is meant to be replaceable so taking them apart is essentially the same thing (without replacing the valve, of course).

  The width of the smaller opening on the Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve # T81 that you referenced is 1-1/2 inches and the width of the larger opening on the other side is 3 inches. These sizes are the standard sizes found on RV valves so most likely the sizes would match up.

  Please double check your measurements of being a 2" for your gray-water and not 1-1/2". I think the Double RV Waste Valves, # T81 features a 3" hub, 1-1/2" hub, and a 3" spigot outlet. The length is 10-3/4", overall width is 4-5/16" with an overall height of 9-1/2" with the handle down. Please note the attached image to compare fitment to your current, as I was unable to locate any information of the valve you reference to compare.

  I think you might be asking for a hub fitting on the outlet side of the Double RV Waste Valves part # T81 instead of a spigot? If that's the case, all you would need to do is use a coupler like the Valterra DWV Coupling for RV Sewer System part # D50-2935. In order to attach them you'd need the Valterra ABS Solvent Cement part # A05-0303. If this wasn't what you were looking for please let me know. Unfortunately, the Double RV Waste Valves aren't offered with a hub outlet.

  I was able to take some measurements of Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve # T81 in our warehouse. The length from one opening to the other is 10-3/4 inches. The overall width is 4-5/16 inches.
