  • Does Valve Assembly of Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve # T81 Rotate
The valve assembly of the # T81 can rotate. If you want to see the rotation possible check out the review video I attached for the very similar # T80.

  • Can You Take Apart Waste Valves From Double RV Waste Valves T81
Hey Bryan, Yes, you can take apart the bolts holding the two valves together on the Double RV Waste Valves - Elbow - Rotating - 3" and 1-1/2" Hubs to 3" Spigot # T81. The actual valve portion is meant to be replaceable so taking them apart is essentially the same thing (without replacing the valve, of course).

  • Opening Width of Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve Outlet Item # T81
The width of the smaller opening on the Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve # T81 that you referenced is 1-1/2 inches and the width of the larger opening on the other side is 3 inches. These sizes are the standard sizes found on RV valves so most likely the sizes would match up.

  • Difference Between Valterra # T81, # T81A, and # T81B Double RV Waste Valves
The difference between the three Valterra Double RV Waste Valves referenced in your question has to do with their fittings, specifically their use of hubs or spigots. Basically a spigot (also referred to as the "male" fitting) will go inside of a hub/socket while a hub (female) goes over a spigot. The particular waste valve you need will be specific to your application and existing setup. The Valterra # T81 has a 3 inch hub and a 1-1/2 inch spigot. The Valterra # T81A has a 3 inch spigot...

  • Replacement Black/Gray Water Valve and Fittings for a 1989 Georgie Boy
Please double check your measurements of being a 2" for your gray-water and not 1-1/2". I think the Double RV Waste Valves, # T81 features a 3" hub, 1-1/2" hub, and a 3" spigot outlet. The length is 10-3/4", overall width is 4-5/16" with an overall height of 9-1/2" with the handle down. Please note the attached image to compare fitment to your current, as I was unable to locate any information of the valve you reference to compare.

  • Does Double RV Waste Valves - 3" and 1-1/2" Hubs Come with Hub Outlet Instead of Spigot
I think you might be asking for a hub fitting on the outlet side of the Double RV Waste Valves part # T81 instead of a spigot? If that's the case, all you would need to do is use a coupler like the Valterra DWV Coupling for RV Sewer System part # D50-2935. In order to attach them you'd need the Valterra ABS Solvent Cement part # A05-0303. If this wasn't what you were looking for please let me know. Unfortunately, the Double RV Waste Valves aren't offered with a hub outlet.

  • Can The Drain Rotate On The Dometic Double RV Waste Valves?
The drain itself on the Double RV Waste Valves # T81 can not rotate, however the valve can rotate. You can check out the product overview video showing # T80 rotating as # T81 would rotate.

  • Recommended Sewer and Gray Water Connections for RV Permanent Location with In-Ground Tanks
For a permanent connection if you want the wye fitting you mentioned like the Double RV Waste Valves - Elbow - Rotating - 3" and 1.5" Hubs to 3" Spigot # T81 and then the Double RV Waste Valves - Elbow - Rotating - (2) 3" Spigots to 3" Hub # T85B. The actual manual handles will give you the manual shutoff you are seeking and they can be rotated so they don't come in contact with the other handles when installed together. It is recommended to use PVC instead of hoses for as much length...

  • Replacement Black/Gray Water Valve and Fittings for a 1998 Newmar Dutch Star
It looks like only one of your photos came through but I think I will be able to get you the parts and advice you need based on this. For starters, the Double RV Waste Valves part # T81 will be correct for the black and gray water waste valves. In order to connect the 3" waste valve to your black water tank it looks like you just have two 90 degree street elbows tied together. To replace these, we have Valterra Street DWV Fitting for RV Sewer System part # D50-2882 which can then be joined...

  • What is Difference Between Valterra RV Waste Valves T80 and T81
The difference is the connection the two valves make after the valves come together. The part # T81 uses a spigot connection for a permanent install and the # T80 uses a bayonet style fitting which allows for easier connection and disconnection.

  • What are the Overall Measurements of Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve # T81
I was able to take some measurements of Valterra Double Rotating Waste Valve # T81 in our warehouse. The length from one opening to the other is 10-3/4 inches. The overall width is 4-5/16 inches. And the overall height is 9-1/2 inches with the handle down and 13 inches with the handle up. I included a picture showing the measurements.

  • Waste Valve for 2002 Newmar Kountry Star
Hi Sharon; we have no way of knowing what waste valve is on any given RV or trailer so you will have to measure and see what works for you. The Double RV Waste Valves # T81 you looked at combines a 1-1/2" waste valve and a 3" waste valve into a single point. If that is what you have now it will work as a replacement. I went ahead and linked all of our waste valves below. This can be filtered by double or single and valve body diameter. If you still aren't sure feel free to send me your...
