  Yes, the LED light part # STL35RB can be used to upgrade the lights in a Thule Transporter Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier part # TH665C. I went out to the warehouse and test fitted the LED lights inside the original grommet that comes with the Transporter part # 05253. The pigtail that comes with the Transporter part # TH05254 fits the LED lights so there will not be an issue plugging the new lights in.

  The replacement tail light for the Thule Terrapin cargo box is # TH05252. This is an incandescent light. There isn't an official LED light made for it but you could potentially use # STL35RB.   It's true! We (and other customers - see review below) have found that the Micro-Flex LED Tail Light # STL35RB works great as a replacement for the stock assemblies on the Thule Transporter Combi Cargo Carrier. LEDs typically last significantly longer than standard incandescent bulbs so you really shouldn't have to worry about replacing them. I wouldn't be surprised if they outlasted the carrier itself.
