Features:
To attach the Quick Mount spacer between your roof rack leg and crossbar, you will use the nut, flat washer, and spring washer originally included with the leg hardware. You will replace the leg's original socket head cap screw with the new screw included with the spacer kit.

Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com today, we're taking a quick look at the roof rack legs, space of blocks for your Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars. When you're using crossbars, it's important to keep them level as they go across your vehicle to make sure that they're balanced correctly. That's what these spaces are going to do. It's going to allow you to raise up one side, so that you can level that out as it crosses your roof. You can see we've got five different options here.
We've got our five millimeter our 10 millimeter our 15 our 20 and our 25.So it's going to give us lots of different options to ensure that our crossbars are level. These can be mixed together. You just don't want to exceed 30 millimeters. So you could make sure five and your 25. If you needed a total of 30, obviously there's other combinations to get you up to that 30.If you need that much or you know, if you only need 15, you can either do the 15 or a five and a 10, very simple to configure this to meet your needs.
These are all sold individually. They come in a set of two. So it's going to be two, five millimeters two 10, two 15, so forth. They all come with their individual screws to get them mounted in place. Basically, it's going to allow you to customize your crossbar feet so that you can get those crossbars leveled out to show you how this works.
I've got a foot here.You want to unlock the end there. And you can see on the inside while on the outside, we've got our nut. And on the inside, we're going to have our screw, a washer and a split washer. We're going to use the hex key that came with our feet. We going to loosen that screw inside so that we can take our nut off on top.Then we'll use that same hardware, but we will replace the screw with one of our longer screws, depending on which kit we get.
We do want to make sure that we keep that same organization. So the split washer and then our flat washer, then we'll go right back up into our foot.You can see that it's going to give us plenty of space there. So if we need to add on our 25 millimeter can add that and we would need to go up to 30. We can add that on there too. And we'll tighten down the nut again, very easy to do it. Doesn't take much time at all, just need to know how much space you need there. Once we have that tightened down and put our lock back on.Cover there and lock it in place, we're ready to go. Very simple to do. It's going to give us that space that we need to make sure that our crossbars are level. That's going to complete our look at the roof rack leg spacer blocks for your Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars.

*Update after several emails back and forth with Rhino they shipped me an entire new set. While the hassle of dealing with the warranty support email felt like it was a lost cause, with each contact seeming like a new request, someone finally straightened it out and all the sudden I received a new set. I hope this set doest have the same issue.

Rhino finally responded and sent me new hardware. They said they identified a defect and sent me new parts. Thank you Rhino.
Great. Needed spacer so Retrax latch would clear rails. These are the ticket! Easy and simple install. 10mm MIGHT have worked, but full clearance with these with a little extra space so glad I went with 15mm. Great shopping experience with etrailer!!
Easy to install and works perfectly to give you the clearance for the Retrax bed cover's locking mechanism to slide underneath your crossbars
The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero kit for the 2019 Mercedes Benz Metris Worker van (no roof rails) is a perfect fit. The 3 racks are in perfect alignment with the spacer blocks and can be removed in about 3 minutes to take the van into the car wash.
Make sure you download the specific installation instructions from the manufacturer for the proper installation of the support legs.
Overall I like the rack. Aero bars are quiet, rubber grip strip on top is nice. Product is high quality. My only gripe is the mounting feet and it’s fit on the Mercedes Metris. Each foot is only able to utilize one bolt hole on the factory placed mounts. Using 2 per foot would be much better like in most other applications I imagine. But once it’s all assembled and installed it seems fine. Height spacer blocks are perfect, bars are all on the same plane. Looks good too! Etrailer also has real people working customer support who answer the phone and help you out. I highly recommend the rack and buying from etrailer!

I can't speak for Rhino Rack; however, I would be more than happy to see what I can do for you. But I need some more information. Can you explain what happened when you discovered they were broken? Did they arrive that way? When did you notice this? It looks like this order is a year old. Also, can you describe what all appears to be broken?
