I purchased this in the middle of December 2019, so I have been using it was several months.
I purchased the outside mirror to replace a broken one on my Toyota Tundra. Received the mirror in a timely manner, and it met its description perfectly.
Although I perform some repairs on my vehicles, by no means am I a mechanic or body repairman, I was able to remove the old mirror and install the new one in about 30 minutes. In the future I will not hesitate to order from etrailer for additional needs.

I had the mirror over a year, and I did not encounter a single problem. I used the truck for pulling a travel trailer, so I was continually extending the mirror when towing, and folding the mirror in when parking in town and in my garage. Never a problem.
