For years I tolerated using my bike rack with a broken handle that sort of cut into my hand as I tried to spin it around to tighten and loosen my rack arms. Then one day I finally had enough and I searched the web for a solution. Fortunately I found the exact replacement at etrailer. I bought a hitch for my car a couple years ago and my experience with etrailer was great so I ordered the new handle with confidence that it would go well. Sure enough, etrailer's service delivery was super fast, accurate and affordable. I received the handle sooner than expected and mounted it on my rack in less than a minute. Perfectly

I ordered parts for my old Hollywood bike rack, Etrailer got the right stuff for me and I put in all new rubber hangers. They are a bear to install, even with soapy water. I finally found out it works well to start them with a rubber mallet then pound them along the tube with the mallet and a piece of wood on the end of the rubber. 156301

The strap are good but the adjustment knob was the wrong one. The one that
belongs to my Hollywood rack does not have a nut in it other wise everything was fine.308242
