Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Front Runner Paella Pan with lid by Cadac Dometic. Now this tall sided paella pan is going to let you cook meals at your campsite. You're gonna be able to fry an egg, sear a steak or cook up some chicken. The aluminum core is lightweight (metal knocking) and easy to handle. And as you can see, it has dual easy grip stainless steel handles and these handles have a a little bit of a grip to them, kind of a a plastic, rubberish material on them.
So it's going to be very easy to hold onto, yet stay cool for you. Now on the inside, this pan features a GreenGrill ceramic coating that's going to heat up fast with less fuel. This is PFOA and PTFE free and this can be used with gas and electric stoves. And this is also compatible with the Safari Chef Camp Cooker which we do carry here at etrailer.com. Now the stainless steel lid is going to help speed up the cooking and keep the food warm.
Let me give you a overhead view here. And as you can see, this does have a cool touch knob so you're not gonna have to worry about accidentally burning your hand when you are, or your fingers rather, when you need to remove the lid to check on the inside, the contents of this pan. And this also includes a storage bag. So let me bring that into frame here so you can take a look. This is kind of like a nylon material and it's got a zipper here and a little bit of a slit here to put in one of the handles to kind of secure that into place.
Let give you a brief demonstration of that. Let me go back to my front zoom here. And so I'm gonna begin by inserting one of the handles through this opening and just slide the rest of the pan into the bag. That other handle's just going to stick out like that. And as you can see, that's going to protect your pan while in storage and it's going to keep it from getting dirty or scratched up or anything like that.
Of course, you do wanna make sure that your pan is completely cool before putting it into this container. And let me go ahead and give you some measurements of this pan so you have a good idea of the size. While we're at this view, let me begin with the height. So not including our knob here, we're sitting at about two and a quarter inches tall. And then let me go back to our overhead view and give you some measurements looking down at the pan. So looking at the overall diameter, measuring from lip to lip, we're sitting right at 14 and 3/16 inches in diameter. That cooking surface, this is a 13 inch ruler, so as you can see, that's right at about 13 inches on that cooking surface. The actual area you're gonna be doing the cooking on. And the some other measurements that I thought might be helpful is the lid itself in case you we're interested in that. So measuring that from outside to outside, looks like we're sitting right at about, I'm gonna say about 14 and a quarter inches from outside to outside on that lid, about that. Maybe a little bit closer to 14 and a half inches. Again, that lid fits nice and secure. One other measurement that you might be interested in is from outside the handle to outside the handle, and we're sitting right at about 17 and a half inches there. This weighs about six pounds. Just to give you an idea of how heavy this is. And if you like the pan, you like the idea of the pan, you think it's something that would be beneficial for you but it might be maybe too big for you. The good news is we do carry a smaller version of this pan. The cooking surface has a diameter of about nine and 3/16 inches and the overall diameter of that pan from lip to lip is about 11 inches. So if you're interested in a smaller version of this, on your screen, I do have the item number there for you. You can just take the item number and put it in the search field of our website and that will take you to the smaller version of this pan. I failed to mention that instructions are included to go over the features of the pan that we covered together today. And that's going to wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy, thank you for joining me.
