Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Fastway replacement washer. This is going to be a replacement spacer washer for your Fastway e2 weight distribution system. And this will mount onto your spacer rivet like so. And to give you the proper spacing that you need to create that tilt in your e2's head unit. Now this rivet is sold separately.
You can find it here at etrailer.com, using the part number that you see on the screen there. So if you needed to replace that, you have that available to you. But otherwise, this is going to be compatible with all Fastway e2 weight distribution systems. So you're not gonna have to worry about it fitting onto that original rivet. It will do a great job for you.
It's got that half inch diameter opening, so it will slide on there very easily so that you can get that spacing that you need to achieve that proper head tilt. So that completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..

Spacers were just as advertised. Shipping was a nightmare, taking over three weeks to receive but that was the post office’s problem not etrailer’s. Etrailer responded to each of my inquiries in a timely manner as we tried to track the shipment through the mail system.
Sorry about that. I meant to attach photos. Comparing the washers I have on the hitch now versus what you sent me I was disappointed that basically the new washers are something that I can find in a hardware store. I was expecting bigger diameter much thicker washers like I have on the trailer already. In videos I have watched it sure seems like the thicker heavy duty washers are what belongs there.

Great communication and fast delivery
The washers they sent are much smaller than the OEM washers. They are only 1/16” thick where the OEM are 1/8”. It takes twice as many of these washers to achieve the same adjustment.
Do not buy these if you are looking for the same washers as the ones that come with the original hitch.
Very misleading catalog information.

I wanted to ask you if your system is a Fastway e2 system or an Equalizer system? Equalizer makes two different spacer washers for their systems. One for the Equalizers and one for the Fastway E2 hitches.
Ordered this spacer to fine tune my Fastway E2 WD hitch. As always, etrailer was easy to work with to find what I needed and the part shipped quickly. I have used etrailer often over the years I have owned RVs

I do not like that these are not OEM. I.D. works fine, O.D. is considerably smaller. Thickness is considerably smaller. 4 of these are the same width of 2 1/2 OEM washers. I think these will work I will keep an eye on them for any negative issues.

1 year out, still working as intended.
Terrible! Does not control sway. L brackets slip. Replaced hitch with Reese straight line hitch.
I got these to readjust my Fastway e2 WD hitch along with some other items. These washer will work fine, however they are not a direct factory replacement. The OD diameter is smaller and the over all thickness is less than my factory supplied washers. It is also possible that the factory has changed the specs on these. Overall its not a big deal, its only a washer.
Exactly what I needed to get the hitch ball set correctly. Trailer and TV are now totally level.

I have come across this before. These tend to be smaller then with what came with the system originally however they will still work with the system. If for any reason they are not working for you please let me know.
