I will likely be returning it.
Coiled cord when extended is a little shorter than I thought it would be. However, overall happy with the product. Definitely a neater solution than dragging the wire rope all over that I had before.

I like these no more looping cable in and out of chain links to keep other style from dragging.
I didn't work as expected. It was the wrong type to fit into my breakaway switch. I wish they were of a standard type.
I will be using it in the future with a compatible switch on another trailer.

Very simple item all trailers should have - complements safety cables like C80176 - Replaced both the original safety chains and breakaway cables on two new trailers. The convenience is well worth it.........
The Fastway Zip Coiled Trailer Breakaway Cable was exactly what I needed to replace the standard breakaway cable which started to become worn. This cable should stay completely out of the way for as long as I own this trailer.

Replaced the standard cable with this one. Really like that it has a carabiner instead of a simple loop, doesn't dangle close to the road, and has a high visibility protective coating.
It's much less likely that I would forget to disconnect it, which is why I needed to replace the original in the first place!
Great product! Don't have to worry about wrapping up breakaway cable to prevent dragging the ground anymore!
This coiled cable is so much easier to use than the wire our emergency brake switch came with. No tangles and so slipping around the safety chains
A little too short for use on my 5th wheel hitch. I have yet to try it.
Worked as described. Having a clip on makes using the break away very convenient.

Excellent product, I was worried about it fitting but it was a perfect match to my brake module. My second time getting this, the first one is going on 3 years with no issues.
Great product! Much better than having a steel cable hanging loosely between the trailer and tow vehicle. Easier to attach to the tow vehicle as well. A simple solution to correcting this issue.
Just as described, great product. At full extension (4'), it's tight, so make sure it is the appropriate length for your application.
