  The Fulton T2605 winch and it;s replacement parts have been discontinued. With that said a replacement is your best option. The Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch with 20' Strap part # F142416 is a great choice. It offers the same mounting pattern and has the same 2600 lb. capacity.   While I cannot find the exact specifications for the hole pattern on the Fulton 142208 I was able to find dimensions for the Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch # F142416. It is going to have the same bolt pattern as the Fulton Winch # F142401 which I have included in the images below. As far as the strap height and alignment are concerned they are likely the same since they are both from Fulton.

This jack also has 2 speeds like you are wanting so it would be a great replacement solution. The gear ratios of the # F142416 are 5.1:1 and 12.2:1 which means there's a slower speed for when the winch is pulling a lot of weight and a faster speed when the weight is considerably less. However, if you go with a winch with a capacity that's half the weight of the boat the winch will be easier to operate and won't be subject to as much wear and tear as a lower-rated winch would be. The handle mentioned can be used in the 6", 7", 8", or 9" position depending on which hole of the handle you use. The # FW16000101 handle is only 6" or 7" long so you will gain up to 2 more inches.
