Perfect. Placed my order Wed. (1/4/12) evening and received a personal email confirmation the same night, telling me they received my order. This product is an exact match to the fender that was on my trailer before. I simply had to drop it in place place and bolt it on using the exact same holes. Your service is second to none! My order was prcoessed in less than 12 hours and I recieved my order in less than 3 full working days. I will definitly order from Etrailer again!!!
I was crunched for time and called about this product. I ordered it on a Thursday and recieved it on Friday with standard shipping. The lady I talked to on the phone was super friendly. The fender was for a boat trailer and I didn't have to do anything except put the bolts in. The product and Etrailer couldnt be any better.
