These fenders were a perfect fit for my boat trailer. The holes in my frame are 12" apart. I was able to drill two holes in each fender 12" apart and install them easily. I would say that I spent no more than 1/2 hour tow install both fenders. One word of caution; if the pre-existing holes in your trailer are more the 12" apart, you will have do drill new holes in the trailer of the fenders won't work. Less than 12" is fine. Overall, I am very pleased with these fenders.
