Leaf springs, as you probably know, make up an important part of your trailer's suspension. Their main purpose is to absorb road shock as you travel, as well as allow your axle(s) to move independently of the rest of the trailer.
To mount this leaf spring, you'll need hangers welded onto your trailer frame - which you probably already have in place - as well as shackle straps and a suspension bolt. It's a good idea to replace your existing straps and bolt while you're under there working on things because they tend to wear out quickly. One thing that could help keep them from wearing out too fast would be upgrading to galvanized or zinc-plated hardware. Doing so will boost the corrosion resistance and, therefore, the longevity of your trailer.
We also always recommend replacing both of your springs at the same time because it's not unusual for leaf springs to sag and elongate over time. If you replace just the one, there's a good chance that it won't match your existing spring on the opposite side of your trailer, and that can mess up your alignment.

The exact match to replace a leaf spring that had broken on my raft trailer due to getting weighed down w/an incredible amount of snow 2 seasons ago. I wasn’t sure that is what my trailer needed until I installed them. It raised my trailer 3/4” so I knew that’s what was needed.

Would have rated higher as shipping was quick and all was right , except the nuts that were sent for the spring bolts were half inch not nine sixteenth, so had to make a trip to the hardware for the proper nuts.
Springs were exactly what I needed. Fit perfect. Had 1 issue with shipping but Customer Service was great!! Quick email to them and they had a new set of spring out for shipping the same day. Had springs 2 days later! Would def do business again.
Service was outstanding! Cannot rate products until they get some use. Curious to see how they stand up to the salt water here on the coast.

The springs seem fine, beefy and solid. I am disappointed in the bushings. They seem somewhat thin and may wear out soon.
