Has good ground clearance on my steep driveway.
DIY install was easy (make sure you have a torque wrench!) and etrailer videos showed all the steps to get the job done. Took about 3 hours (I always measure more than once) but totally worth it. Fits perfectly on 2023 Telluride EX, great condition, arrived within 2 days of ordering! NO COMPLAINTS, would buy again 100%! Save over $300 on install labor costs at uHaul. Just did a 500+ mile trip with a bike rack fully loaded with 4 bikes, and the hitch worked like a charm.

Ordered and installed this hitch a year ago and it's great. Build quality is outstanding and installation is quick and easy. I recommend following the installation videos that can be found on this site. For our 2023 kia telluride I had to cut some trim off. It looks like it came from the factory.
Perfect fit. I have a 2023 Kia Telluride and this unit fit the factory holes perfectly. I did cut the plastic bumper in way of the receiver, using a razor knife, and it looks like factory install.
Very well engineered...Fit was perfect as well as finish on the hitch.....The measurments provided in the instructions to trim the cover are off for the 2023,I would suggest using 8-3/4 inches from each side of the cover...Thats what mine came out too.....Now whats the hold up on a wiring harness????That should be easy for aftermarket to do yet????NOTHING!!!!

While there is not a plug and play harness available you can use a hardwire harness to add on a four flat connector. I recommend part # 119147KIT from Tekonsha as they provide an great harness and it comes with a one year warranty. You can check back mid to late summer to see if a plug and play has been released.

Heavy duty, love the powder coat finish and matte black surface. Certainly does the job. Etrailer has very good info on their site, and customer service is ready to help..and are effective in answering questions quickly.

Very easy install, directions were spot on. All the parts fit well and bolted up easily. The metal coating was very high quality.
The hitch arrived quickly via UPS. After watching the installation video at etrailer, I had no trouble installing it myself. The hitch is very well made and fits my KIA Telluride perfectly. The only negative was some scratching on the hitch due to a torn box.
Only took me an hour to install on my 2023 telluride by myself! I didn’t jack the car up, it was a little bit tight but was able to get under it with a creeper. I used the spare tire (donut) to support the exhaust, so no need to tie it up. Mine had a heat shield over the muffler which made it difficult to get a socket on but was able to work one on without removing the shield. I used a jack stand to support one side of the hitch while getting a bolt in the other side to hold it. I used a multi tool to notch out the plastic on the bumper. Check the other comments for the measurement, not sure what the instructions say but comments say they are wrong???
Overall a very smooth install without any major surprises!!

My installation was on a 2023 Telluride. Everything went to plan following the instructional video and included paperwork except for the passenger side, rear most outward facing bolt. There is about a 1/8 inch gap between the hitch and the frame of the car. I called etrailer, pressed 3, and talked with a representative who explained the steel of the hitch is intentionally somewhat mailable, and that the hitch probably got a little bent during shipping. He stated this was okay as long as the bolt and nut were torqued to spec, which they were (79 foot-pounds). The representative mentioned I could try to remove the hitch and bend this portion back into place with a few different techniques, but it was already on the car, he said it was safe, and I didn't feel like removing it. There were two items that were also different from the instructions. First, the plastic nuts on the panel covering the hitch electronics were not traditional nuts, but instead plastic nuts that push/pull on/off. Trying to rotate them off didn't do anything. Second, the measurements for cutting the bumper panel for the hitch, as others mentioned, were incorrect. 8.75" from each side and 3" up worked as someone else posted (thank you). You could go a little tighter if you wanted on the sides of the cut but not on the top, 3" almost touches. I'm going to check that questionable bolt after some towing, and if possible I'll update this review.
Never installed a hitch before, but install was a breeze and the hitch looks great. Had some issues with missing hardware, but customer service was great to work with and was even staffed on a Saturday. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great! We have towed 2 different travel trailers & utility trailers with no issues. The equipment looks great on the back of my SUV and holds up to our crazy Florida climate.

All bolts and other hardware was included with the hitch. All mounting instructions were correct and easy to follow. Thank you for making this product.
Was able to install in my drive way and has been working great.
One heads up - would have been helpful to do the catalytic converter side of the install in the "how to" video.

Installation was relatively easy, it looks and performs great!
Product arrived super fast! I hired a mechanic for the installation, but he said it was very straight forward. Now I can use my Kia Telluride to carry a bike rack or pull a small trailer.
If I wasn’t stubborn and tried to keep the spare tire up it would have been installed in 30 minutes. One person job if you are mechanically inclined. Have to drop exhaust definitely recommend and exhaust hanger removal tool made my life so much easier. Good product!
Installed on 2023 Telluride. Smooth installation. Tows the trailer. Minor cut out into a small plastic insert. No muffler rattle. Would do it again.
I was super pump about ge thing this hitch on my 2024 Telluride and was not disappointed with the quality and fit Definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about purchaseing it from trailer. My only concern is that the torque values in the instruction did not match the bolts and nuts that came with the hitch. My bolts were much larger than the bolts sighted in the instructions. So I used the recommended torque as they seem to be enough for what I had, but it’s something that trailer should address. The installation videos one trailer site were excellent and made the install easier. Thanks for the fast delivery. I installed it on the same day!

I installed it and your instruction video was most excellent. It was necessary to remove/install heat shield over muffler to allow room to insert mounting bolt-that wasn’t mentioned in the video. Took some wrangling to reinstall the shield. All good in the end.

Product has been used consistently over the past year and it is terrific. No issues with installation, no issues with loosening of the hitch. Has been very helpful! Only recommendation is to purchase the wiring and install. It does limit your ability to tow without it.
