I recently ordered these fenders and brackets to restore a boat trailer for my Grandson. I also ordered the 4 ft rollers and the brackets that attach the rollers to the trailer. Everything that was shipped was on time and fit exactly the way your video’s explained. The customer service people are fantastic.

by:

These are the perfect brackets to hold the plastic fenders on the trailer. I recommend buying the carriage bolts and nuts from etrailer too. I did put a small lockwasher between the nut and the fender. This made the carriage bolts tighten up for a perfect fender mounting job. The mounted fenders do not rattle or shake. Highly recommended. You don't want your fender in the middle of the road after it falls off. Put it on right.

I purchased these plastic fenders and mounting brackets to upgrade my Jon boat trailer. They arrived on the date promised - very customer friendly ordering system! I needed to make a minor modification on two brackets for my trailer. I'm very happy with these fenders and mounting brackets - both resulted in exceeding my expectations for looks and design! Keep up the great work e-trailer!

They are great and I think they will work well for a long time thanks

by:

Worked great for hanging new Fulton step fenders on my kayak trailer. I did have to shave down the inside edge of each fender about an 1/8 of an inch for clearance, but otherwise perfect and the new fenders are mounted much more securely than the originals that came with the trailer. The original fenders mounted with two bolts through the inside skirt of the fender allowing them to flex on rough sections of road causing stress cracks in the skirt within the first year of use. I don't see that being a problem with these mounts and the fenders no longer flex at all.

by:

on a non suspension dolly it breaks in fatigue (vibration in 2-3000 kiles

by:

I painted these brackets silver to match the fenders and they work perfectly. The fender does not touch the body of the trailer. It's a little more than a half inch away from the side wall of the trailer.
I will definitely order these brackets again.

by:

These brackets work great with the plastic fenders I purchased.

by:

Great! Thinner then Originals but good.

by:

The folks at etrailer are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve ordered quite a few items here and it has always been a pleasure to do business with them. Also good prices and fast shipping.

I wish I had taken before and after photos of my trailer. A typical 5x8 utility trailer with the extruded wire mesh deck which I got for a bargain, perfect for my lawn tractor or 4 wheeler. However the 8" wheels did not provide enough ground clearance for the terrain where I intended to use it as a equipment hull trailer to our deer camp, pulled by the 4 wheeler. After finding etrailer.com my problems were solved! I ordered 5 bolt hubs, 5.30 x12" wheels and the economy plastic fenders and fender brackets. While waiting my order I wire wheeled the frame and gave it a fresh coat of paint and WHAL-LA! I have a new looking trailer! The order arrived in record time, securely packaged and great quality! I ordered the pre-packed hubs and didn't have to get into that sticky mess! Everything worked out as planned and was easy-peezy to assemble and install. I'll definitely use etrailer.com in the future.

by:

Exactly as advertised - quality products. Instructions + Service + Delivery all far above the average mail/on-line order company. I will definitely be recommending etrailer to others over time. Thank You!

Excellent product. Ive experienced absolutely no negative issues with this product or the company - etrailers. Great purchase!

by:

Good heavy brackets, .125" thickness (11 ga). If used with the F008550 plastic fender they give a standoff of 7/16" between the fender and the body.

Great.

by:

Perfect fit. Thank you!

by:

My original fender brackets on my trailer both broke due to metal fatigue. I ended up losing both fenders. I purchased these over a year ago and they are tough enough to secure the fenders with no issues.

by:

Fender brackets showed up on time, installed right away with no issues.

Still attached, still keeping crap from flying up

by:

Worked well with the plastic fenders for a small fishing boat trailer.

by:

I couldn't believe how well made the brackets are, they fit the fenders exactly. Now I don't have to be concerned that a bracket is going to break or rust off!

by:

The holes for mounting to the fender should be square to allow full flush mounting of a normal 3/8 carriage bolt

by:

thankyou, these fit the fenders we orde red.

by:

Customer service review: Outstanding! Received a phone call within 12 hours notifying me that items in this order were out of stock. They managed to fill the order and deliver it within my original time frame. The trailer gets its shake down cruise shortly and I'll review the components from this order afterwards.

by:

Excellent brackets, used existing holes on trailer and bolts, very happy

by:

good product. excellent costumer support. contacted me when part was on back order and provided alternate replacement. fast shipping.

by:

I am very pleased with the prompt delivery of the fender and brackets. It was exactly what i needed to repair my trailer.

  • Replacement Fenders And Brackets For An Older Karavan Trailer
I can definitely help point you in the right direction, but we do not offer a universal fender for a Karavan trailer. Fitment mostly depends on the wheel size. Looking at these different Karavan trailers, it appears some models use a plastic fender with a step, and other use just a basic fender with no step. For example, if you have 12" wheels, a very common fender is the Fulton # F008572. This fender has steps and measures 33-1/2" long, 7-1/2" wide and 8-3/4" tall. This fender will go...

  • Replacement Fender Bracket and Bunk Brackets Needed for Older Boat Trailer
We do have a variety of fender brackets like part # CE26065PGA that fits fenders for 8" - 12" diameter wheels, but these are more or less universal so you'll want to filter through the linked selection to see what will work best for your application. Bunk board (or bolster) brackets are essentially the same thing. You can use a kit like the CE Smith # CE10000G-4 but you'll really want to look through our selection to see what you can get that matches what you currently have best. I've...

  • Can The Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fenders Be Mounted By The Inner Fender?
I recommend using the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008542 if you are wanting to mount the fender on the inner wheel flange. The Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008540 uses Mounting Brackets # CE26065PGA to hold the fender in place. It uses these brackets to stabilize the fender as the limited stucture will not provide enough stability for the fender if mounted by the inner fender well.

  • Will the Mounting Brackets # CE26065PGA Work for Fulton Single Axel Side Steps # F008582?
I have a great solution for you. Unfortunately, the Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender - 8" to 12" Wheels # CE26065PGA will not fit for mounting your Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top and Side Steps 008582. However, the parts that you need are Galvanized Steel, U-Shaped, Bolt-On Brackets for Plastic, Single-Axle Fender # PF1135-BKT-2. I went ahead and attached an image of how the brackets will install on the Fulton fenders.

  • Can I Upgrade From 8 Inch to 15 Inch Wheels On a Boat Trailer
It is possible to switch from 8" wheels to 15" wheels yes but, in addition to fender clearance issues you will also run into not having enough surface area on the hub for the larger wheel size. For example, the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # AKIHUB-545-2-1K which is common on 2,000 lb axles and what I suspect you have only has enough surface area to work with 12" wheels max. Therefore, in order to upgrade to 15" wheels you will also likely need to upgrade hubs as well as fenders. In...

  • Can CE Smith Fender Bracket # CE26065PGA Be Used with Fulton Trailer Fender
Yes, the install brackets part # CE26065PGA can be used with the Fulton fender part # F008559 that you referenced. The great thing about these brackets is how universal they are. And that will easily work with the Fulton fender you have. If you flip the brackets to get more height you'd have to notch the fender most likely so that the bracket clears the fender like it should.

Yes, you can drill a different set of mounting holes in the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fenders # CE19500-2 to mount it to your existing welded tabs. • How to Install Plastic Fulton Fender on Trailer
Yes you need to use brackets like part # CE26065PGA or # CE26061G to install the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top Step # F008542. Basically you just secure one side of the bracket to your trailer and then the other side of the bracket to the fender. Since there are a wide variety of ways that this can be done there isn't really a specific way to do this or specific hardware that "has" to be used aside from the diameter being 3/8" to fit the brackets.
