I recommend either going with the 2,500 lb capacity which comes in Black # DL21754 or Silver # DL21740, OR the 3,000 lb capacity which also comes in Black # DL21755 or Silver # DL21741.   In order to switch from rollers to bunks, you will need to remove the rollers that you are no longer using. I do not see a reason why you can't continue to use the front rollers. You would just want bunks that stop a little but before the front rollers so they do not interfere with each other.   Keel rollers like the part # CE29560 do not have the capacity for the full weight of a boat. They typically have a capacity of around 400 lbs. You would be better served with a set of roller bunks like the part # DL21741 instead. These have a capacity of 3,000 lbs. I attached a picture that shows how they look when installed.
