Work like described
After breaking the clips on my water heater door on my trailer I thought I would need to just bolt it together. I came across the replacements by chance. I ordered them and received them with no issues and very fast shipping. etrailer took care of my needs. I was so impressed with their service I ordered more parts from them (Slide for my screen door) and received the same great fast service. I look forward to ordering more replacement parts as needed.
Who decides on size of box for shipping and do you train them on securing product for shipment? I ordered two wiper blades, two heater door clips, sewer flush king and sewer cap. They were shipped in a huge box (21"x26"). So big that the flush king came out of its packaging from being tossed around inside the box. I'm sure everything was bounced around the entire trip to my door cause there was only one small strip of filler for cushion and the box was crushed onretailer. It could have been shipped in a box half that size. I'm actually not expecting my flush king to stay together long. Disappointed in the shipping package. I guess you take your chances. I never expected this from etrailer.
Neat little product. HOWEVER. I puzzled over how to install through the hole in the water heater door. I tried several things, but eventually figured out you depress the spring from the plastic pull tab. The tab then twists off of the "frame" the spring mounts to. Push the spring and "frame" through inside of the heater door, then re-install the pull tab using a twisting motion. Once you do this you will say, AHAA.
Received the item that I ordered in a very timely manner. The plunger and rubber socket door holder was not what I needed, so I ordered a different one and it worked out perfect for my need. I was not etrailer's fault, it was mine. Thanks for your service. I will do business again with this company.
Product received timely and met expectations. Replaced several broken cam locks on hatch covers on our Forest River A-frame camper. Working well with no problems.
Was an exact replacement for the latch on my Fleetwood Westlake popup water heater door. Installed in 1 min!
On the Coleman parts website they only sold the entire door with the latch which was over $55 without shipping.

The latch part is plastic and probably won't hold up. This is no fault on etrailer. I just didn't notice they were not metal like the one I was going to replace. I'll keep them as spares just in case.
Cam lock on the water heater door broke. Ordered CAM09203. Parts were delivered and available by the time I got home. Once installed everything worked as it’s supposed to be.
