Powder coated steel is sturdy and corrosion resistant.The hitch was delivered on time and excellent condition. I viewed the online instructions before the hitch arrived so I had all the right tools ready. The hitch was relatively easy to install and all bolt holes lined up perfectly. I did the job myself and didn’t have to jack up the van. I’m a 66 yr old with arthritis and completed the install in 2 hrs, it was 90 degrees out so I took some breaks.
Overall this was a good experience. Price was excellent and the product arrived quicker than expected. As others have noted, the product could be packaged in a more protective way. Mine came with fairly big gouges and scrapes. It is a hitch though so it's going to get beaten up.
Fit the 2025 carnival hybrid pretty good. Fairly easy instal. It does stick out a bit more than I thought it would and it was a little banged up when it got here (hopefully it doesn’t rust too bad where it’s scratched up)
Custom fit was spot on!!!! I just put in my vehicle details and ordered the hitch that was suggested. Received it and had it installed in less than an hour, by myself!!!
Ordering was easy; it got to my house quickly.
You need ramps, or jack stands and power tools make the install easier.
With just a little help had it installed in an hour.

The hitch looks great and I really like the finish on it. I have not gotten it installed yet. I am having a problem getting the tailpipe hanger off. Also, the installation shown in the video shows the hitch mounted outside of the tailpipe. The tailpipe on my Kia Carnival is outside the frame. When I get installed, I will send photos. I also purchased the wiring harness and I am happy to inform you, I do have the installed plug.
Installation went well, took approximately 2 hours for hitch and wiring. Worst part was by muffler. Great product.

Easy install. Took about 1 hr by myself. I used two ramps, two jacks to hold hitch in place, flat head screw driver for exhaust hangar, socket wrench with a socket swivel. Cutting tool for driver side panel. Great quality hitch. Solid!!
So far so good, local shop did the install for [XX]$, no wiring harness just for bikes. KIA dealership wanted $[XXXX], and uhaul didn’t have it yet in stock. This is a 2022 Carnival Prestige
Start with great product and wire harness no complaints. The video instructions were very lacking in its explanation of installing the bolts above the tail pipe. I installed my hitch with a car lift in a garage and still it took over two hours to install the hitch with more than hours of it only on the tail pipe side. The bolts were extremely hard to reach and tighten. The videos need to do better.
Easiest hitch Ive installed yet. I did not need to undo the exhaust all the way like the video recommended which made it even easier. Wiring plugged right in. Easy day. About an hour.

Shipping was quick and very easy to install. Took less than an hour. But packaging was poor, only wrapped in plastic. Also, there’s scratches and marks all over it. Kinda disappointing when you spend money on something that’s supposed to be brand new and arrives banged up.
The hitch is exactly what I wanted and have been thoroughly pleased with it. Installation was very straightforward and I appreciate the videos.

Came with everything pictured. The packaging wasn't too great as it was pretty scratched up on the ends. It was the part that the bolts go through which is fully underneath the vehicle so it is not noticeable. The actually center tubbing and hitch connector were packaged well. Pretty easy to install by yourself on a 2022 Kia Carnival. Only "special" tool you will need is the bending elbow connector for your socket to help you reach the difficult bolts.

Hey thank you for letting us know. What I recommend is touching up the hitch with a rust resistant paint like Rustoleum. Over time the hitch will experience nicks from road debris. It is a good idea to inspect the hitch and touch it up if you notice these spots.

Very unhappy with the condition my item arrived in, the way it was shipped in just plastic wrap- no box- and customer service. I reached out via email prior to writing a review giving them the benefit of the doubt. After a week, I was sent two identical automated emails not addressing the way it was shipped nor an answer on how they were going to resolve it. I did not demand a return or exchange, I understand it's a hitch and dents and dings will happen but when I was informed they are shipped in 'double walled cardboard boxes' and I stated twice it was shipped in plastic wrap, I am very disappointed with this company and would 100% NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Simple easy install. Five stars for product, one star for packaging. I have same complaint that I saw on other reviews, poor packing, or I should say no packing. It was shrink wrapped in plastic no protection at all. Could of at least bubble wrapped it first. Product had numerous scratches some down to metal which was shocking. It is a hitch that mounts under vehicle and is going to get nicked up, so I went ahead and installed.

When it comes to shipping hitches, it is very common for them to arrive with scratches. We recommend using a rust-oleum type paint to cover the scratches. This will prevent any corrosion in the future. I have a link attached for your reference. I have also sent this over to customer service for them to reach out to you.

I bought it for a Kia Carnival 2022.
I've got it on time and in perfect conditions. I brought it to a garage to get installed and it was easy and works great!

Product has exceeded my expectations! Very durable and no issues whatsoever.
Really informative video of the installation process.
Install was easy but the wrapping of the hitch receiver was poor! Scratches, scrapes, and even rust on the corner. Not happy how it was packaged.

Thats great, Josh! Im glad it is working well for you. If you are concerned about rust, you could always do a little touch up with some Rust-Oleum paint.
