Excellent . I love this whole unit. As a single woman I really appreciate the case to hold the hitch and tie down rings. When I need to use the gooseneck in my truck it's quick and easy to install. When I need the full bed to haul hay and bags of grain, the hitch can be stored away under the back seat in my truck. Very bpkeased with the quality.

Very easy install. Serves exactly the purpose it was intended for. Drop this in the bed of a 2019 Ram 2500 and has logged 1000's of miles pulling a 3 horse goose neck trailer to many Horse Shows and Fox Hunts! (Yes, we have those in Texas!)

Gooseneck ball and chain fasteners were delivered when they said, used it immediately upon receiving it. Very quick install, towing in less than 10 min.
Great product. Works just as good as Dodge's and half the price. Easy to slip ball in and safety chain tie downs are a cinch. Stores nicely in box under your seat.
So easy to put on and take off. Stores easily under the seat in the carrying case.

It works great I pull a 26 foot horse trailer that I converted into a toy hauler a couple times a month and haven’t had any problems with the product.
I am a very satisfied user. The 5th wheel we pull is 10.5Tons and I see no strain or wear marks after a year of occasional, mostly highway travels. The small amount of bed space taken up by the goose neck ball and hitches compared to a large, good quality plate hitch is remarkable. And of course when not being used, the ball and chain parts stay in the carry case. I only wish the parts were all stainless steel and rust proof. Still, not a problem as I keep the corrosion prone parts coated with wheel bearing grease.

Works as advertised. There is some additional corrosion on all the ferrous metal piece. No surprise considering the weather exposure which is normal usage conditions.
I bought this product to us in my 2016 Ram 2500 with the 5th wheel prep and an Andersen Ultimate hitch. It is top notch quality, and the anchors DO work with my Ultimate hitch. The fit is tight, but the anchor mounts do clear the hitch base.
This is a well made product in a nice storage case. I recommend it.

Very helpful information on website with full product descriptions and videos.
Being new to goosenecks I had my doubts as to how this product would perform. The dodge dealership quoted me over $400 just for the parts so that spooked me.
When I got this product, I immediately went and installed it and was very surprised at how easy and secure the ball and safety chain loops fit.
I went to the ranch and used it right away pulling over 30 heifers in one load on my new gooseneck trailer. Thanks so much etrailer!!!

Im still using it a lot and works perfectly.
This is one heavy duty towing set up! The spring loaded retaining clips are a bit of overkill...emphasis "kill". I have had the clips snap shut on my nail beds more than once and the pain was off the charts. I literally was cussing in tongues! There is no way that the chain loops could ever come out of the slots. I needed sturdy hardware and got just that.

This product has had a good workout and has held up well and performed beautifully!
I just received the ball hitch today so I haven't used it yet. It is very well made and its nice to have it all in a case that is portable and able to stow away when we have the fifth wheel hitch on. Everything just as stated and pictured. Great company, shipping was fast and free.

Perfect kit. Nice carry box and as long as you keep it lubed up properly it will probably last forever. Feels so heavy duty when I put in my Ram 3500 factory mount I could pull a house.
Had no issues and its a very good strong setup. But I ended up installing a B&W turn over ball to save having to store the hitch and to move the safety chain hookups closer to the gooseneck and free up bed space..
Very good products as usual, happy with the quality of this kit and will be returning customer in the future.
