I believe this is the fourth hitch I purchased from etrailer, a front for my truck, two for different Subarus, and one for a Toyota. They are not the easiest process to do, but for installing a hitch, they make it about as easy as possible. I have been happy with all four hitches and am considering one for my `95 Integra so I can haul my bike.
This organization has the process dialed in, if you want a hitch, these guys are the place.
I'm somewhat handy working on a car and this was a straight forward install. Drilling 2 holes into the frame was straight forward as well. I suggest to anyone that is going to drop their exhaust to buy a ~$[XX] specific tool for removing and reinstalling the exhaust hangers.
Works well. Simple install. My car had the plastic underbody paneling which does not have sufficient clearance to reinstall with the receiver in place even after loosening the receiver as far as it would go so I just left it off. 2024 SE

The Trailer Hitch came on time without a hitch! All the parts are here and the hitch is undamaged. I will install it Monday. Great service from William B and Trevor W they where on it! It's all on me now. Not to worry about the Trailer hitch trying to escape from the box it is a big metal mass going through several hands no need to be a punk about a damaged box. I am very happy.

I have only used the hitch twice in a years time. Once for my move from Arizona to California, and once to pick up Solar Panels. It has been a great to have the hitch since i dont own a truck. I can carry all the things I need by renting a U-haul trailer and picking up what I need. The Hitch has been great for that, dont have to rent a truck or borrow a truck. Thanks eTrailer.com
Ok, the items I ordered were installed and are working flawlessly. The instructions were easy to follow, of course some skill is involved that a basic handyman would possess. I have been using them for a year now.
There really is no substitute for etrailer. I've bought two. The second one required cutting/drilling but after about 90 mins, I can set up 2 bikes comfortably on my car, without scratching it up. Sturdy, high quality.

Fast shipping! Fits the Corolla SE very nice. Install was not too bad. Drilling holes was the hardest part for me. Did the install by myself. Bike rack fits perfectly

Hitch fits perfectly on our 2023 Corolla LE and included all necessary hardware. The included fishwire made the install much easier. The hardest part was drilling the 2 necessary holes, but wasn't too bad. The eTrailer video instructions were spot on! Before installing, my son and I watched the install video a few times until we felt comfortable. Also, Brittany W. provided excellent customer service; I'll be coming back to eTrailer for my next hitch!

I bought the trailer hitch and cover for my 2021 corolla, it got here in a week, pretty good delivery time in my opinion but, the box came with a big hole where part of the hitch was sticking out and got deeply scratched, it lost the poder counting and it started rusting a bit, I’m just gotta sand it down and re-paint it to prevent the rust to spread, haven’t got the chance to install it but it looks pretty strong and comes with everything thing you need to install it, 5/10 delivery 8/10 product
The product is fine, however your choice of shipper (UPS) needs work. I was not at home when the driver walked past the sidewalk, going to my covered porch, and dumped the ripped and battered carton with the hitch hanging out, alongside my garage door in the rain.

Just want to add to my review: the installer I got from your near me list was excellent! J&W Automotive, Pittsboro, NC is the best! The hitch is great too.
Just completed installing this hitch and it's very solid, looks nice and will suit my needs just fine. I installed it myself and have some HELPFUL HINTS if you decide to do the same. First off, the instructions for this Curt hitch are much better than the comparable Draw-Tite hitch. It has photos for each step of the way versus the Draw-Tite instructions which is basically all text. This is the biggest reason I opted for the Curt hitch and I'm glad I did. I would also recommend buying a 1" high-strength hole saw rather than grinding out the 1" mounting holes. Trust me on this, the hole saw will save you a lot of time and manual grinding. One minor mistake in the template to cut the exhaust heat shield, the dimension on the photo is incorrect. The length of the cut-out in the photo says 7" but if you cut it exactly as shown in the photo, it's closer to 11". In reality, you need to cut it around 8" for the proper fit. Basically, at the crease just below the letters "CT" (see attached photo). Beyond that, the install was fairly straight-forward but will take you a lot longer than 1 hour if you do everything the right way. Overall, I'm very happy with the final product.
I've driven this loaded with a bicycle across the US a couple times now and it's never given me any problems.
At one point I even rearended a tree in a crapping parking situation and the hitch just bounced me back, no damage or anything.
The hitch is very well designed for a car that is definitely not designed for a hitch. Someone did their homework on the development of this hitch and the installation video was very helpful.

Update - Love my hitches, but I am disappointed that I attempted to purchase a hitch for my 1995 Integra, but was told the manufacturer would not make one after I waited some time for it to ship. :
