Note: If you have an older model Curt TruTrack system that came standard with 32" spring bars, this 35" long bar will work. But you must replace both spring bars to ensure that the same length bars are installed on the system.

Today we're going to be taking a look at the replacement trunnion spring bar for the Curt true track weight distribution system. This replaces one spring bar from your 10,000 pound gross towing weight Curt true track weight distribution system with integrated say control, part number C17500. The unit's constructed of a forged steel construction and it's going to have a really nice black powder coated finish on the steel. Very durable as well as corrosion resistant. This bar's going to feature a tongue weight capacity of minimum 800 pounds, maximum 1,000 pounds. The length measurement is taken from the end of the bar to the center of where the mount hole is.
This bar is a 35 inch bar. Now if you have an older model Curt true track system that came standard with 32 inch spring bars, this 35 inch long bar will work but you must replace both spring bars to ensure that the same length bars are installed on the system. First thing was the easy web site navigation and the help looking at my towing needs. Im a first time travel trailer owner.
After finding my proper hitch and ordering it, it arrived 3 days later from UPS but the package was broken open and 3 parts were missing. I called etrailer.com and explained the problem and let them know I had a group camping trip planned in 7 days. They sprang into action and started the claim with UPS. I watched the tracking on line through their web site but it never left e trailer so I called on Monday and talked with another customer rep and explained my situation about leaving on Wed. with the group. She looked into it and said it was e trailers fault that somehow it didn't get shipped but she would get it out ASAP. This was Monday around 3 pm. By 8 pm I received an e-mail with a order number saying it was being shipped next day so I would have time to install it and make the trip on Wed.
I have never been so impressed with a companies customer service in my life.

As for the product I haven't used it yet but its built with solid steel and I cant imagine it not working but if it doesn't I know e trailer will take care of me.

This is more of a customer service review than a product review. My original order of the Curt 17500 hitch arrived damaged (by UPS) and missing the trunion bars. I called your customer service and within a few minutes had arranged for new parts to be sent out. I was very pleased and impressed at the speed at which everything was taken care of.
When my WD system (C17500) arrived at my location, one of the bars was missing. Box was torn. emailed problem with photos and this replacement arrived quickly! Great customer support!

I ordered bar for my hitch and the staff was very helpful and professional. I ordered my bar with regular shipping to deliver in five to seven days. I received a call that night that my order had shipped and up graded to three to five day shipping at no cost to me. I received the bar in three days. This is the best service I have had when ordering on line. I give them an A plus.
