The customer service has been great and proactive. While I have not installed the hitch yet the service and shipping was very good. I plan to use the hitch to mate with a factory installed receiver to provide for an extended hitch to pull a horse trailer with a truck camper. Customer service directed me to a much more economical option than the one I was considering. I expect I will need to do a little remanufacturing on my extension to make it all work but for the savings etrailer provided with the alternative hitch I can do a lot of remanufacturing.
Exactly what I needed to feel more comfortable towing heavy loads!
The technician that I spoke with was very helpful in selecting the right hitch for what I needed and the product was very easy to install.

The Hitch worked as represented. It was easy to install and fit the truck as it should. I am very happy with the end result.
