I kind just shook my head when I looked at the instructions for installation, I thought what have I gotten myself into. It took me a little bit to get going but once I got started it was a snap to install and looks good on the CRV. Great product.

I am very satisfied with the product but I followed the installation instructions very carefully and the measurements for cutting the under belly was way off. there is no way of getting an accurate measurement by yourself.
The hitch arrived very quickly and was easy to install. Prio to installation, I had a question re the pushpins that needed to be removed / replaced and it was answered almost immediately. The video was extremely helpful. This company was fantastic with its communication A+++
