Brackets, 10-bolt base rails, and necessary hardware included.Very good quality product. I have a 2023 Ram 3500 Shortened. The fit needs some work as when I used the dimensions provided the rear bolts on the front rail wouldn't clear a bed channel without a lot of finesse. This should be reviewed and corrected. It turned what should have been a 2 hour install into a 5 or six hour install. It is now so tight I have trouble removing and replacing my Andersen Hitch.
Product looks great! Haven't installed it yet tho. Customer service is soooo nice.

Good product fit well Heavy Duty got most of the bolts in and torqued took a good amount of time and took it to a mechanic for a couple bolts I didn’t have the tools for, if I did it again I would pay for a shop to put it in, but it’s a well made and good fitting product
