Easy to install and remove from the truck to use the bed when I’m not towing the camper. By removing the head and base separately makes each lighter and easy to hold onto with comfortable grab holding positions.
Love the puck system. Easy to use lighter than the old standard companion base.
This is a replacement Assy changing from a 2018 GMC 3500 to a 2024 GMC 3500. The puck mounts are different resulting in buying a new base. I had a B&W companion slider but only used slider twice (one to test it). Decided to go with non slider. Just have to make sure I don’t back up too sharp.
This fifth wheel base came to me from etrailer EARLIER than expected! All the parts were there for the assembly, and it fit great! Thank you!

B&W hitches are excellent products. Unfortunately what I received from etrailer was damaged. The box had been used several times & retaped. The base was scratched & several bolts & brackets apparently were lost through a hole in the box when shipped. I have a current need, so don't have time to return it so will have to live with the scratches. Fortunately there was no structural damage. See attached photos.

I’m hate that they change the puck system in the truck year 2019 to 2024 but it not as bulky as the other one is but everything works good going to set it up this weekend

Received the hitch replacement base this morning. Just got it installed. Absolutely perfect fit and function. The old saddle fit perfectly on the new base. I recently traded our 2015 Denali HD 2500 for a 2020 Denali HD 3500. A very special shout out to Korren in customer service for helping me get exactly what I needed. works great. I traded trucks and new one has a puck system so I just bought a new base and used the old head.
Relatively easy setup. Quick install. Great hooking up the 5th wheel and towing with this hitch.

Wass able to install in truck last week and all fits well. Packaging was a little busted up but product was undamaged.
We’ve used this to pull our camper from NE to TX with no issues. It fits great in the bed of our 2023 Chevy duramax.
Just bought a truck that had the OEM Puck system in it. Previous truck had the B & W flip ball hook up. This unit installs easily and takes up less room in the bed of the truck. Since unit is not torqued down like the flip ball companion there is some noise when taking off or stopping. Also does not have the adjustability that the flip ball companion had. Overall works with OEM Puck but preferred the flip ball companion hitch.
Hitch fit perfect, had to adjust pucks, head fit great, and looks good I haven't pulled with it yet. Product was delivered quick and as described

Still works great. It easily installs on weekends we use the camper and out easy enough to remove when not in use. The tilt spring is a little sketch and need to tilt it manually then the spring holds good enough for hooking up.
