Great product and the price can’t be beat. Solid steel shank, 1/2” steel mounting surface, and a 1/2” steel brace that runs the entire length of the mounting plate for extra rigidity. This thing is solid.
It’s perfect fits well, and that that the height that works well for the military trailer.
Got the hitch mount really quick LOL man that was the fastest shipping I ever received here in Texas.The box was torn up in came in though. Not packed very well but not scratched up or bent .

I use this as a riser on my 2017 F150 so that my pintle matches height with an off road trailer that I tow. It fit my needs perfectly, and my tailgate still has just enough clearance to open and not hit the hitch. There is no question that this is very sturdy construction. There is no flex or movement with this hitch.
This thing is HEAVY!!! I was concerned that it may not be stout enough for my application but not after picking it up. It looks great and bolted right up to my pentle hook. I am using it in the raise position.

I’m pulling a 10 ton dump trailer with this hitch. A year in and I’ve had no issues. It still looks brand new.

Perfect, you guys are great!
I have a number of military M101 and M1102 trailers with pintle hitches. The extra height of the military trailers creates a downhill rake in elevation when hitched to a standard elevation pintle hitch, even behind my Ford SuperDuty F250 4WD. The B&W 14 hole pintle receiver hitch solved my issues of uneven height while hitched! The B&W receiver pintle hitch rated at 16K is extremely well made and finished. I couldn't be more pleased!
The horizontal piece is longer than is needed. My husband believes that is the reason our trailer bounces (with or without a load).
Product is 5 stars. I gave 4 stars because of the packaging. They put the insert (probably 60lb) in a cardboard box along with two hitch pins. Of course, the insert destroyed the box and one of the hitch pins fell out somewhere. Etrailer immediately sent another one, so good job. They should have put the two pins through the insert hole; might have made it. Or sent them separately.

Have a trailer with a high Tongue. E-etrailer had the mounting plate I needed to get the height I need so trailer would be level when towing.

I purchased both the B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate and the Combo Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball to allow me to haul a military trailer that has a rather high mating lunette. It looks like it will work by flipping the mount so that it effectively raises the position of the pintle hook.
Both pieces appear to well made and very heavy duty. All the bolt holes line up perfectly between the two parts. The finish on both pieces appears to be a powder coat and looks good. I'm a little concerned that the supplied mounting bolts, which have a black oxide finish, will rust but that is yet to be seen.

Well built, looks tuff enough. We pull heavy trailers and needed a taller hitch. Put it on today with a 10k trailer, no problems
Was at 3 different truck and trailer supply stores and they all said this hitch does not exist. 5 minutes on etrailers sight I had several different ones in my cart to choose from. Arrived in two days right before Christmas.
Works fantastic I love the fact that it has a longer shank which allows you to still put your tailgate down so you don't hit the trailer jack on your trailer. I also like the fact that the gusset is solid. Much stronger than other style panel drops

So far, the long-neck pintle is working great. Ive hauled a lot of heavy equipment without any towing-related issues.
