The items were received in a timely maner and were securely packed. The hitch is well built and fits perfectly on my Ford F-250. Very pleased

Working as expected no problems Good hutch
My shipping was upgraded without asking and all my products were delivered very timely. They fit my truck perfectly and worked without any trouble. I am very impressed with the products and especially the customer service. I will definitely use etrailer.com again when I have needs for my truck.
It took me a bit of experimentation to decide how much drop I needed for my 1-ton. Once I figured that out, this was the thing as I can't afford one of those adjustable models. Heavy Duty, well designed. So nice I bought a locking pin to protect it.
Very well made heavy duty trailer hitch, delivered to my door speedily and with no problems. I will recommend etrailer to anyone who is looking for a hitch.

Great hitch works very well with Conver taball
Needed a 2.5 in shank for my F250 receiver, also a bigger drop for added height of the truck. This does the job. Well built and looks good.
Pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and ease of ordering from a very good inventory. well, I've only had to use this once, but will need to use it more in the near future. only downside is the weight of it... but it needs to be heavy! works as it should and I'm happy I bought it. will use it for years to come.

This hitch is very sturdy, built to last & reasonably priced. The hitch hooks-up easy & pulls anything I connect to it without issues.I highly reccomend this product
