Hello, neighbors and friends. Steven here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're taking a really quick look at a B&W Continuum weight distribution load bars for an underslung trailer coupler. So folks, when this is installed, the kit would look something like this. Keep in mind, not everything in that picture's included. You don't have the ball mount itself or ball, you just have the main part of the Continuum there on the very bottom center with the blue and black bars, and then the rest of the stuff that's here on the table, the pump and reservoir, and that kinda stuff.
We tried to gray out everything that wasn't included, but the ball mount there is not included either. So again, this is what it would look like installed. And what this does, well, it replaces your load bars for the B&W weight distribution systems that use underslung couplers. So it is rated for a tongue weight between 600, up to 1,600 pounds. And it includes the bars, quote, unquote, that you see here.
So you get everything here, again, you get the reservoir, the pump, and everything here with the handle, all the connecting hoses, the push rod assembly and everything, the brackets, all the nuts and bolts, everything you need to hook this up in place of the B&W weight distribution bars. Now, the nice thing with this system is, yes, there's a lot of parts, yes, it's kinda tedious to set up, but once you put it in place one time, get it set up, after that, it's literally as simple as hooking up the trailer and then simply pumping up the reservoir and maybe putting a couple pins in place. So not too bad as far as usability once it's set up initially. So very nice product. Everything here as you can see is a nice steel.
It's got a beautiful powder coat finish on it. It looks kinda purple-ish maybe in the video here, but rest assured, it is blue. I know some of us see blue and purple, a little different possibly, but it is nice and blue here on the table. Everything else, again, nice powder coat, hammer powder coat finish on the black parts as well as the blue. The spring bars themselves is a spring bar and spring bar material.
They just have a nice smooth powder coat on them. And as always, you get the nuts, bolts, hardware included. Now, while I'm zoomed in, I'm gonna try to grab this reservoir assembly and everything. And as you can see, it holds all the fluid you need, and you simply would pump it up and everything. And it has the push rod here that if there we inchesre fluid in it and everything, it would do its job and the actuary and everything could move as needed. So that'd be coming out of this side here. And then when it's connected, this guy would be setting up the tension on the spring bars, and it has a nice gauge there on the top so you can see the psi that you're using. And then once you get it set up the first time, again, you'd have a nice idea of, hey, I need to pump it up to this amount of psi next time I use it. Well, folks, again, a lot of information, a lot of parts here. Again, once it's installed the first time, it's super simple after that. I'm Steven, thanks for watching, and stay safe out there while you're towing.
