  • Replacement Hub, Bearings, and Grease Seal for 3,500 lb Dexter Axle
You are correct that is a 3,500 lb axle. If you want a bearing kit the # BK2-100 you looked at is the right one. This comes with a # L44649 outer and # L68149 inner bearing along with a # 58846 (10-19) grease seal. If you want a replacement idler hub you can use the # AKIHUB-655-35-K or for a hub and drum assembly the # AKHD-655-35-K. Both of these have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern.

  • Converting Hubs From Grease To Oil Bath On 2014 Outback 298RE Travel Trailer
Hey Perry, thanks for reaching out. We certainly should have the parts you need for an oil bath conversion, but I will need to collect a bit more info on your axle in order to be sure you get the right parts. First I will need to know the weight capacity of each axle. That will help a lot to narrow down the right parts. I will also need to know the bearing sizes and seal size for your hub. You will need to get brand new bearings since you are switching over to oil. The best way to determine...

  • Replacement Bearing Kit for a 2023 Diamond 6x12 Cargo Trailer

  • How to Find Replacement Drum Brake Assembly for Boat Trailer
I can tell you exactly how to find compatible drum brake assemblies, though I took a look and could not find any type of reference to Dico 40511. To determine the brake assemblies that will fit your 2002 Escort boat trailer, you need to know your axle's weight capacity, your mounting flange bolt pattern and the inside diameter and depth of your drum. For example, Hydraulic Brake Kit # AKFBBRK-35-D are rated for 3,500 lb axles, have a 4-bolt mounting flange pattern and measure 10" diameter...

  • Bearing Kit for Lippert 4,400 lb Trailer Axle
For a Lippert 4,400 lb trailer axle the correct bearing kit is the part # BK2-100 which includes inner bearing # L68149, inner race # L68111, outer bearing # L44649, outer race # L44610, grease seal # 58846, a cotter pin and a tang washer.

  • How To Find Correct Replacement Bearings and Hub for Outback Trailer with AL-KO Axles
I have a few options for you to help with identifying the bearings on your trailer. The first and easiest method would be to crawl under the trailer and look for the axle tag on the beam. This should give an axle capacity which we can then use to find the bearings based off industry standards. For example, a 3,500 lb axle uses L68149 and L44649 bearings like what comes with the Hub Bearing Kit for Lippert, Dexter, and Al-Ko Axles part # BK2-100 or the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly...

We have the bearings you are looking for. You would want part # LM48548 and # L44649. These are not identical though. Then for a grease seal set you'd want the part # RG06-050.

Since you have Lippert 3,500 lb axles on your 2011 Coachmen Catalina the correct bearing kit you'd need for it is the part # BK2-100 that you referenced. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.

  • Bearing Kit and Hub Recommendation for a Dexter P-12 SLR Axle
We checked with Dexter and P-12 just indicates where the axle was made. With the serial number we could track down more info on your axle. However, in the mean time you could pretty easily get the bearing numbers off of your current bearings and then check out the link I attached to see what each bearing kit contains to see which would work.

  • Difference in Bearing Race # L68111 and Bearing Race # L68110
Race # L68111 has an outer diameter of 2.361 inches. Race # L68110 has an outer diameter of 2.327 inches. Based on these measurements, the two races are not interchangeable. They are designed for different size hubs, but can use the same # L68149 bearing. There may not be a pre-packaged kit with the L68110 race, but you can still get all the parts you need separately. I have included a link to our bearing and race main page for you to view.

  • Replacement Bearing And Seals For UFP Hub H-1062-2
Hey Greg, There unfortunately there isn't a guide to tell us the bearing and grease seal combination for your hub so you'll have to remove it and check the bearings/seal for their part numbers or use a digital caliper # PTW80157 to measure the spindle at points B, C, and D from the diagram below. We unfortunately do not have a grease seal with a 1.9700" diameter.

  • Bear Aluminum Boat Trailer Replacement Axle and Suspension Parts For 3,500LB Tandem Axle Trailer
I reached out to Bear and they were able to confirm that your 3,500lb axles use a #84 spindle. This will allow you to use the Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100 on each of your axle hubs. The kit includes new inner and outer bearings and races, a grease seal, cotter pin, and tang washer for one hub. The Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors # BB1980A-SS can be used if your axles do not already have the EZ Lube spindle. They were also able to tell me they use a 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e54SR. • Bearing, Race and Grease Seal Kit for 3500 lb Axle
We sure do. You'll need the # BK2-100 which provides an L44649 and L68149 bearing assembly, a L44610 and an L68111 race and a 10-19 grease seal (same as the GS-1917 you mentioned). The tang washer and cotter pin are also included. Each kit provides part for one hub. For a tandem axle trailer, you'll need 4 kits. The Bearing Buddy bearing protectors are sold in pairs as part # BB24SR. For a tandem axle trailer, you'll need two pairs.

  • How to Determine Trailer Bearings For 10 Inch Hub & Drum
in order to find the correct bearings for your hub, you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper and measure your spindle where the bearings ride, like in the photo I added. It would also help to know your axle capacity (which should be stamped on the axle itself); and for a 10 inch...

  • Bearing Kit for Stinger Folding Motorcycle Trailer with 3,500 Pound Axles and Sure-Lube System
I contacted Stinger Trailers and was able to verify that the Bearing Kit # BK2-100 you referenced is exactly what you need to replace the bearings and seal for the hubs on your folding motorcycle trailer. The Sure-Lube system on the trailer features a drilled grease zerk on the spindle that allows for easy maintenance but the bearings and seal themselves are the standard size and type for 3,500 pound axles. I have attached an installation video that you might also find helpful.

  • 1993 Escort Boat Trailer Bearings and Weight Capacity
We unfortunately can't find bearing information based on VIN. It definitely sounds like you have the traditional 3,500 lb axles that will simply use the bearing kit # BK2-100. Each axle will have a max capacity of 3,500 lbs so that will be the maximum capacity of your trailer. If you decide you want to upgrade your hubs and brakes, you can use the hubs # AKHD-545-35-K and the brake assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA for self-adjusting or # AKEBRK-35 for manual adjustment.

Henschen has been out of business for about 12 years, so I wasn't able to find much information about your axles online. From what I saw in the forums, they used a standard spindle for a 3.5K axle, so it should use a L44649 outer and a L68149 inner bearing. The grease seal should be a standard 10-19 double lip seal. You can confirm this by checking the cages on your wheel bearings which should have the reference numbers mentioned above etched on them. If you can't find reference numbers,...
