Speaker 1: Today, we're taking a look at the vent cover for Ventline Old Style rounded dome trailer roof vents. This cover measures 15 inches by 15 inches. It works as a replacement for old or damaged roof vent covers. It does come with step by step installation instructions, so it will walk you through the entire process step by step. Makes it very easy to do the replacement. The product itself here at the dome is white in color.
It's made from a very durable construction. On the back, you'll notice that it features the curled hinge design, and the product does come with a new dome bar for easy installation on to the operator arm. So it's got the slot there, the operator arm slides into. But again, it does include the new dome bar as well as a new curled hinge. If the RV industry could find it in their hearts to use plastics that can withstand more than 3 years of basic sun exposure, that would be fantastic. In the meantime, these things get the job done.

This roof vent lid is exactly like the original. Easy to remove and long sliding hinge makes replacement a snap. The most difficult part was bracing the trailer roof to keep from falling through. Works great and now the vent is water tight again. Pricer than the others, but worth it for the exact replacement part.

etrailer was outstanding in their help! My old 1980 Nomad needed a new vent dome, and so e-t worked with me on my smart phone, so I could take pictures of the old damaged dome to email to them, and they found a new replacement dome. It isn't quite the identical dome, ( but, it IS a 40 year old trailer!] but with a tiny bit of finessing, it's a fit! And boy is that a relief! Thank you, e-t!

Looks like it should last a long time. I have replace 2 of the cheaper models over the last 7 years. The sun, wind and rain are tough on these covers. Hope this the last one I have to replace. Gave it 4 stars, check back in 7 years to see if I still have it. If I do, I'll give it 5 stars.

This was an exact replacement for my original, and I am glad I was able to find a perfect fit. Replacement was easy, although I though the hinge should have been made of slightly thicker metal. After a year, no sign of wear or tear, and it looks and works like new.

The new vent cover is much better and stronger than the original stock cover that came with my ATC Trailer. I had to tweek the round metal slot that slid into the fastening groove but it was a minor adjustment. Now it fits properly and looks great. Very easy to install and I would definitely repurchase this product if needed.

I bought the $20 chinese knock off of the original covers, and very cheaply made, so went looking for a better quality one. i found it at etrailer. Looking forward to installing it this week.

Correct product we ordered but when installing found that metal slide bar on both vents were bent. We had to gently straighten them both & they work.
