Note: When servicing your truck with Air Lift air springs installed, if the truck is lifted by the frame, the air must be let out of the springs. And if the rear of the truck is lifted during service, then it must be supported by jack stands to avoid damage to the air springs.

Carrying heavy cargo in your truck bed or trailer puts tremendous stress on your vehicle. Your brakes erode faster, your tires wear unevenly, and handling suffers severely. LoadLifter's air bags are adjustable from 5 to 100 psi for precise support, and they can be inflated independently of one another for front-to-rear and side-to-side leveling. They are made of high-quality, 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber. Most air bags lose air at the ends, where the bag is enclosed with a steel cap, because the steel can rust and corrode over time, creating small holes. The endcaps on Air Lift air bags are fashioned from corrosion-proof Zytel nylon, a material that is both stronger and lighter than steel, ensuring that the air bags won't lose air. Also, LoadLifter 5000 comes with Air Lift's exclusive roll plates, which both protect your air springs and beef up the load capacity of the springs.
This system installs with the included brackets and hardware. Just mount the springs, inflate them, and ride. To inflate the LoadLifter springs, you just have to pump air in through the inflation valves. A line kit is included with the springs so that you can install the valves (one for each spring) in an easily accessible area - typically they are installed on the bumper. If you want to make the springs even easier to use, you can get a compressor and gauge system (sold separately).
Air Lift kits are designed to keep your vehicle at normal ride height. You can find the normal ride height of your vehicle by unloading it and measuring the distance between the bottom edge of your wheel well and the center of the hub. After you find and record this distance, you can regulate the amount of air that you put into your air springs to maintain normal ride height - even when you are hauling a heavy load. You will need to adjust the air pressure in your air bags according to the size of your load.

Installation was straightforward and retained the original suspension while adding the bags. Inflation to level the rig, a 2018 Ram 1500 and a 3 1/2 ton travel trailer, was surprisingly quick. The ride from Southern California to Central Oklahoma was uneventful. The bags handled the load and the road without sway or dip. Very happy with the product.
I have had rear suspension airbags on the last 5 trucks I have owned. There is no better system to control weight roll of a load in the bed or sway control pulling trailers.Be sure to order the air line "T" which does not come with the kit so that "T" can be connected to use only 1 air fill location to balance your load.
No more need for sway control bars to struggle when pulling your camper with this set up.
I purchased the system for my 2013 Ram 1500 to provide lift and added support for the 34'toyhauler (6,000 lbs.) we were purchasing for our move from ME to NC. The system easily allowed the truck and trailer to remain in a level position no matter how we loaded it. Very pleased with it. Money well spent.
Easy enough to install. The required drilled holes in a ram 1500 are hard to get in straight as the frame is contoured, it may be better to have a contoured bracket instead of dead space behind the self-tapping bolts. The helper springs work really well. Took me about two hours to install with only a pair of floor jacks.
This was a replacement for some factory 08 Dodge 1500 truck air shocks. I was unable to do the install on my own. The first guy who looked at it said it was not possible to install these, and the second guy said no problem. I like them a lot.
I got your deal of the day, but unfortunately, your trailers are a bit lacking for my needs. I built a stage trailer. Here are the pics. By the way, I purchased all my trailer parts from etrailer for this project, tires, rims, axials, brakes, sway bar, airlift suspension, electrical, and so on. I couldn't have done this without your staff.

Exactly what we needed, was originally going to install Air Lift 1000 HD helpers for coil springs. But, those items were on backorder at the factory and that was more of a make do solution. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 was in stock, Nicole at etrailer arranged the cancelation of the original order, and had the 5000s shipped. Installation as per the instructions was a breeze, had all the necessary tools until it came time to reinstalling the truck's coil springs. ATTENTION to all, once the LoadLifter 5000 air bags are installed, the axle on a RAM 1500 Classic doesn't drop as far, short by about 2 inches! Luckily, the local store loans tools, with the aid of a coil spring compressor, the coil springs were reinstalled in a few minutes.
Since the trailer electrical connections are on the drivers side of the license plate, I located both schrader valves on the drivers side of the license plate. Note the position of the heat shield on the passenger side.
10/10 would recommend to anyone weather you have a 1500 or 3500 really improves ride quality while towing. Would recommend getting 12V compressor, really makes things convenient.

I bought this kit a year ago so my 2019 Ram 1500 could pull my travel trailer easier. I wish I would have done it sooner. A local shop installed it within a day and we have been pulling with ease ever since. Highly recommend.
I haul a 8' truck camper that pops up, it has a app. 1400 # weight to it. I also pull a 17' Lund boat that is loaded with my 2011 Dodge 1500. When I first put the truck camper on the truck before installation of the air bags, my truck squatted 6", basically it bottomed out. But when I put the air bags on, WOW, what a difference it made. Now when I travel down the road, there is no more swaying, or bouncing like it use to do on my Chevey that I use to haul it all with without any air bags. But now I see Dodge these are put on all their trucks. I am SO HAPPY I purchased these, & would recommend them to anyone. I told my neighbor about them & he put a set on his F2500, to pull his 31' 5th wheel, & he loves them.
I was 65yrs. young when I purchased & installed these Air Bags, & was a welder for 45yrs.. nut if you have any doubts weather you can put them on. Well relax the video that shows you how to put them on when you purchased them makes it a breeze.

Have had the air bags installed for 3-4 weeks now. Love them! Huge difference in ride quality when hauling or towing heavy loads. My only criticism is in the design. The left side fit perfect and the bag is perfectly aligned vertically but the right side bag is canted slightly. Almost as if the bottom brackets holes are drilled slightly off. I called the company and was told that up to 15 degrees is acceptable. It just looks as though the bag may wear more but time will tell I guess. I would still recommend. Also looking at purchasing the compressor system to ensure the bags always have adequate pressure.
About a year ago, I installed this on my 2013 Ram 1500 with the hemi. I pull an enclosed 6x12 trailer with my tools and equipment in it. The trailer has a heavy tongue weight and is driven in city traffic every day.
This kit has saved my front tires from wearing any more than they did as well as how easy it is to adjust the height of the truck based on my current load. I recommend it.
This was an airbag install that took me about 4 hours. I did this in my garage with a minimum of tools. I did end up about an inch higher bed height even with empty airbags and no weight on the vehicle but this may come down with use. The shipping from etrailer was fast and the sales agents have firm grasp of their products and installation procedures. I can always get a straight answer from them. I also ordered the curt under bed gooseneck hitch. This took me about 8 hours to install but I was in no hurry and wanted it done right. Thanks etrailer for great service.
These work perfectly and not only make my towing and nin towing ride smoother on my lifted RAM, they level my tow package.
My only issue is with the airone pump that I installed from you guys, the pump turns on everytime I start my truck and I can't find a leak in the system anywhere. Is this normal action.
Installed this air bag system on my 1/2 ton Dodge 5.7 about a year ago. Since that time I have frequently towed a 27' camp trailer and a 16 x 7 double axle cargo trailer. This product is excellent at keeping the truck in a level position. I would recommend this to anybody.

Load levelers work great. I installed myself. Getting the coil springs off and back on was the most challenging. I pull a 32 foot travel trailer and with the load levelers I don’t sag.
