Excellent service & fast shipping. Product as advertised. Jack does not come with mounting hardware so I still need to purchase hardware separately. It appears to be a simple mounting task by using available parts from our local hardware store.

eTrailer rocks! It turned out that I ordered the wrong size of tire covers, but eTrailer made the return, and re-order, simple. Recently eTrailer also alerted me to an alternative product that, if ordered, would avoid back-ordering. eTrailer has it all covered!
I like that I can buy a replacement lens to have as a spare. Many times I break a lens and have to buy a complete light.
sorry it took so long to get back with you but just checked lens for fitting a it was the right one, thank you, your service lady was very knowledgable and kind.
The true test will be when I put it on the trailer brakes, but when I lay it over top of the lenses that were removed, it seems like it will work. All of the holes lineup and it seems to be the exact size.

I paid $[XX] extra dollars to expedite and get delivered by Friday. It’s just now got here and not happy at all.
The service I received was exceptional. The part I was searching for was very small and the cost minimal, but the assistance I received in locating the correct part, in keeping me informed as to where it was in the delivery process and making sure in the end that it had been delivered couldn't have been better.

I needed a Boat Trailer tail light lens. The trailer manufacturer no longer in business. I got the number off the broken lens (SAE ST1AP2 04 DOT) and did a search on the etrailer web site and they gave me the number A16RB. I ordered two, they came in very fast and were packaged very good, and they were a perfect fit.
