The strap was exactly what I wanted to replace the one in my Yakima bike rack. Thanks for the quick delivery.
I can now strap down mountain bikes on the Yakima FrontLoader roof rack with fatter 2.6" tires, the 9" shorter one required i let some air out so that i could cinch the strap on the first ratchet point and that was a Pain in the butt. This 12" strap is now the standard, since the 9" is good for small tire diameter road bikes only.
Great substitute for the OEM Straps - no discernible difference, except the much lower price!! Works on my Hold Up and Front Loader racks - solved the problem of my existing straps disappearing into thin air...
These were hard to find, but etrailer had them. I needed them for my old car-top rack to fit the deep rims on my road bike.
Came sooner than expected and fit perfectly in my Yakima roof rack!
It’s a plastic bikes, retaining strap, not much to say other than “yay you guys still carry it!“. It sure would be nice to pick up a part like this that weighs mere grams, And doesn’t take up much space and not have to pay half the price of the item more in shipping. Sure, $99 and above gets you free shipping. But this is a Small plastic part

Product still works great.
This strap fits on my Yakima highspeed roof rack on a 2015 Subaru Outback.
Fit perfectly and was a great replaceme nt.
We recently lost it when it flew off in the wind when I forgot to secure it. Fits perfectly in our rooftop fork bike rack. Good Price and Fast Shipping. Thank you!!
Make sure to connect the end even when there isnt a bike so it doesn't fly off. :)

Update: It is actually the wrong length size. Went to pit my mtn bike on top of car and strap measures 9 14 inches. I just noticed and am quite frustrate. It says 12 14 inches in the posting. WRONG SIZE sent!! I would live to attach the pic amd see no place to do so. This is bot trustworthy. Eteailer used to be so reliable. Watch the specs and what is sent closely.

Works perfectly with my Yakima Frontloader. I somehow lost the original strap, so this is a perfect replacement.
It also works great for my bike which has 54mm deep wheels, so the extra length is worth it.
Transaction went smoothly and the item was delivered in only a few days.
Perfect OEM replacement for when you lose one. I could not find it anywhere and found it here!

This was exactly what I was looking for. In the past I have ordered directly from Yakima, and their website is not well organized and working with Etrailer was/is super easy.
Great fit and allowed me to safely use my 27.5" plus size tire bike (2.8" wide tires) with the Yakima FrontLoader roof rack. The extra 2" of length made it possible!
