Could not get it to program using my key. I returned it and another was sent to me. Again, it would not program to my key. The two failures were not exactly the same, however it did not work. I sent it back for a credit. Disappointing as this seemed like a good idea.1320346

Just a key replacement and the part wasn't in stock. IT didn't take that long after all but Etrailer did an excellent job of keeping me informed.143163

The replacement key works and didnt take too long to arrive. Fortunately it was only a spare that I needed. I couldnt find a key shop with a key slug that could be used to make a duplicate.

I was brought to etrailers by a google search looking for a replacement key for my SportRack lock barrel #012.
I was sent to this page that specifically says the Thule No12 key fits my rack lock number.
It absolutely did not fit and is now broken inside of my lock, A replacement lock for my rack is XX$, So over an XX$ key i now have to buy 4 new locks. This has been a nightmare.1310854

I will have our customer service team reach out to you. I contacted Thule and for the 012 key number there is not a replacement available for the Sportrack branded key.

Was recommended this product by an etrailer expert. It did not unlock my lock even though the lock code was correct. They were fast to pass me off to Thule instead of solving it themselves. A professional picked the lock open, verifying that it was functional but the key was wrong.1322520

As long as it is a Thule lock that takes a N106 key then this key would work. I will have our customer service team reach out to you.

Recently emptied my storage unit and was excited to finally be able to use my roof cargo box for an upcoming camping trip for much needed extra space… Only to realize I have no way to secure and lock it while driving because the key that was taped onto the box fell off. I secured it with a hardy nylon strap for the drive home from storage, but knew I needed to be able to lock and secure it for maximum safety on long highway stretches. Hopped one trailer, entered the code etched in the locking mechanism and within 45 seconds I had a replacement key in my cart and checked out. Key arrived today and works flawlessly.1347167
