The delivery was a bit concerning given the condition of how the box arrived; however, thanks to the foresight in packing & taping the hardware to the hitch, nothing was lost in transit!
This Curt trailer receiver has worked flawlessly. We use it on a 2018 Honda Odyssey minivan to haul two bikes with our 1UP rear bike rack. The receiver was not too difficult to install (but do it in the daylight!). All in all - very pleased with the product and etrailer's instructions and service!
Easy install on a 2019 Honda Odyssey as described. Purchased an Alta Rack bike carrier for this setup, however there is a lot of flexing on the trailer hitch while driving the vehicle. The rack is snug, however the hitch itself is flexing when used under the rated weight limits. Frustrating.

Sierra K - 07/15/2021Hitch is awesome and install was a breeze…but I am a wrencher and could see where it would have its hiccups for some folks. I was able to squeeze wrenches behind and pry move the exhaust out of my way without removing it, this was the biggest challenge to the install. I got it installed in 45 mins start to tools up washing hands.
Now for the dissatisfaction in my order. The hitch was packaged very well, so delivery is not to blame for this gripe. When I pulled the hitch from the box it was very beat up, being obvious that the damage happened prior to packaging. The hitch showed up the day before a road trip, otherwise I would’ve sent it right back. May seem silly for something that’s not necessarily seen, but rust protection was missing in many spots with scrapped, gouged and dinged paint.
The intended quality of the hitch is very nice, but quality in care before receiving it was clearly not there.
I’ll clarify my overall rating. It would be 5 stars hands down if it showed up with the expected finish and quality expected. My satisfaction in the quality of the product delivered by etrailer is absolutely subpar, so they don’t get much credit for the rating…

Sierra K - 11/24/2021I have installed this CURT 13370 in my Odyssey 2022. It fits just right. The instruction and the video link helps a lot (thank you etrailer), I was able to install it by myself. Ordered this to carry bikes easily to any location for a family ride. Tested getting in and out from my home drive way with the bike rack installed and and no issues.
The video mentions dropping the muffler. I was able to do it with out doing so by sliding it over a little when tightening. Also did it by my self but would have been much easier with another pair of hands!
Installed on a 2020 Honda Odyssey. Fast shipping even a few days before Christmas. Fits perfectly. They send little fish wire springs to make some of the bolts go in easily. They are genius and will be kept for other projects (one tip is only thread the spring on about 3 turns to make it come off without destroying the wire spring). I did carefully trim about a quarter inch of the plastic trim panel that you have to remove on the driver's side around were the bracket of the hitch drops out. I did a review on the harness separately with a few tips for its install. Very pleased!
Fantabulous service and product is wonderful. Ordered it on a weekend and was on my doorstep by Friday. All hardware was accounted for and securely fastened to the hitch; installation took about 30-40 min with most of the time to get the plastic off.
Great product- will use etrailer for future needs.
Easy to install, only problem with installing was wedging the muffler out of the way to get ratchet to passenger side bolts.

Brian N - 05/18/2021Curt trailer hitch for our 2020 Honda Odyssey fits wonderfully. Did have to modify the wiring connection only to make it easy on the wife. As we fold down the 3rd row seating for carrying our 4-legged children. It is heavy and believe to be very durable. Fast shipping was another great service.
Great hitch. I can haul oh my meaningless crap everywhere
Product was fine, but one side was out of box when delivered and had some paint wear as a result. Some padding in the ends of install plates would help with this. I hit it with some black paint to prevent rust before install.

Good fit, easy to install, speedy delivery. Only complaint is that the hitch was somewhat beat up, with nicks & dings in the paint.

I ordered in the evening. The same evening I was contacted by customer service that the wiring harness I ordered to go with the hitch was out of stock but there was an in-stock alternative that would be available to ship with the hitch the next day. I called customer service and they were able to answer all of my questions. The hitch arrived five days from when I ordered (which included a weekend). The product arrived as ordered and the installation instructions were easy to follow. I couldn't be happier.
Bought a Curt trailer hitch and vehicle wiring harness for a 2019 Honda Odyssey. etrailer.com's order processing and shipping were prompt and packing was very good. It took me about 1-1/2 hours to install both the hitch and wiring harness. The detailed installation videos for both products on the etrailer.com web site were excellent, however the Curt instructions were minimal and cryptic. I highly recommend etrailer.com and also Curt hitches.
Super impressed with the company and how fast the delivery was! Customer service is excellent! Would definitely order from these guys again! Couldn't be more happy with the purchase through them and the hitch is just what I was wanting! :)
Hitch arrived fast (three days) and in mostly good condition, although there were a few small dings in the finish that required touching up so I am deducting one star. The hitch was shipped in sturdy a box, but it had come loose inside and I think wrapping it in some bubble wrap would have prevented the damage. Installation was easy enough to even without the van in the air and took about 1.5 hours from opening the box to putting my tools away. You don't have to lower the exhaust, but it does help when it comes time to torque down the hardware. I've used etrailer several times in the past and have always been satisfied by their service and response to my concerns.
Installation (2020 Honda Odyssey) took about 45 minutes with no issues. I was able to re-install the closure panels on both sides of the vehicle without modification. Everything needed for installation (other than common hand tools) is included with the hitch. The muffler side bolts are a bit difficult to get torqued without lowering the muffler which I chose not to do as I had a suitable wrench. The recommended [see installation instructions for torque specs] ft lbs. isn't hard to apply.
