Received my 2 trailer locks, they are exactly as described.
I'm a bit disappointed since one of them came with plastic button cover for the key, the other one didn't. would have been nice to have them both covered for dirt and salt...1272483

The product worked great except it didn't come with the required screws. It worked out since it was a replacement lock but if I didn't already have the screws it would have been a problem. I purchased it for a replacement since the lock broke in the one I had.1274338

Because this product is mounted on doors of varying thickness the mounting hardware is not included. However, the typical type of screw used is a ¼-20 machine screw Philips drive. The length can be 1.5 inch, 2 inch, 2.5 inch, or something else. You would have to measure your existing bolts or screws in order to verify.

I asked some questions of your help desk. I couldn’t find the “drop down” to have the 3 locks keyed alike. I was told that isn’t available anymore. So now I have to use 4 keys to get into my trailer. (I didn’t replace 1 lock). Then I asked if they came with the rubber key hole cover that showed in the video but not on your catalog picture. I was told no so I ordered some covers. When my locks came they in fact had the covers on them.1142860

Unfortunately this cannot be keyed alike anymore. Thank you for your help about the key covers. I will see if this is an added feature from the manufacturer and will update accordingly.

Loved that everything shipped out fast and the process was painless but I ended up with wrong keys and some with out spares and one key didn’t go with any locks and I never seen a place where I could have gotten one key to fit all but other then that it was perfect.1261018
