The hitch came with a few paint chips but other than that it will work great for what I need and was extremely easy to install. Would buy another if I needed it.

Product was expedited quicker than originally told during checkout and was on the truck 30 minutes after it arrived. The only down side is that the video associated with the product was not accuarate. Thank you Etrailor for very fast delivery ! This hitch was easy to install everything lined up perfect! I installed it on the ground in my driveway. 6 bolts and a 3/4 wrench and socket. Etrailor says 30 min. to install, I installed this receiver in 15min all by my self ! there is realy no need to remove the spair tire as videos show there is plenty of room to work. I ordered my products on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday afternoon. I was able to track my UPS shipment and knew when it would arrive. Due to being in an out on Friday with a prior commitment, I left instructuions for UPS to leave it on my front porch. I must have just missed them, so I installed the products by myself the next morning. The online video instructions on your website were very helpful before I began the install. It probably took me a bit longer since I'm nearing retirement, but it all lined up and was a 6 bolt install. I only needed 2 wrenches to do the install and it looks great. I'll be towing my trailer soon, so am anxious to put a load on it. I'm very pleased with the products and very quick turnaround.
