Specs:
These universal-fit towing mirrors expand your field of vision so you can better see your trailer or anything else that is behind you. The ratcheting strap system creates a snug fit to reduce vibration. The mirrors can be installed on both the driver's-side and passenger's-side mirrors on most vehicles.
The towing mirrors can be easily installed and removed. No tools are necessary. The hook on the nylon strap will grab the outer edge of your factory mirror housing. The cushioned feet can be adjusted to fit your factory mirror housing. Simply twist the hand knob on the end of the mirror to tighten the nylon strap and secure each mirror to your factory mirrors.

Universal-fit towing mirrors strap onto your factory mirrors to extend your lines of sight by 5". Durable ABS plastic mirrors have an aerodynamic shape and snug fit to reduce vibration and wind noise. Simple, tool-free installation and removal. It took awhile to get these mounted, the instructions were literally the size of postage stamps, black on black, like some smudges with a hand in front - useless so I figured it out myself. The clips that these were shipped with were on back wards to add confusion, I took the big plastic clips off and used the small metal clips, bent the clip so they'd stay on when the mirror was removed. I think they woud work better if the strap were closer to the two pads instead of to the single pad on the inside. They are interchangeable but the one on the right is adjusted differently than the left so I'll find a small way to mark them, they're a big enough pain to locate and clamp down enough to stay put that I won't want to remove them after every trip but if I don't someone will break on in a parking lot (without the trailer). I've seen molded morrors that fit specific vehicles, slide on, fit the factory mirror houseing perfectly and a clip around the edge by the window keeps it there - couldn't find one for my Subaru Ascent Premium so I'll use these unless and until I can find better.
I am still using these mirrors on my 2019 NISSAN Frontier when pulling my 23 foot travel trailer. However, they will not stay in place and the mirrors slide down while driving and become unusable. I have to put a bungee cord on the tightening knob and attach that to the mirror base to keep them up. Obviously a poor design on the attachment process.
I like these towing mirrors. They seem high quality and really help me see what is behind my trailer. I like the way they tighten down on the vehicle mirror. I wouldn't say they are a perfect fit for my Jeep Cherokee but they fit good enough. There is a little vibration but not enough to discourage me from using them.
Tried 2 other trailer mirrors and they did not fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee. These fit perfectly, as advertised, and go on very easily. Has made backing up the trailer so much less stressful. And great customer service to boot!!
I really can’t tell you how it’s gonna work. I don’t have the trailer yet. I’m working on the trailer. It’s a 6 x 10 and I’m putting it on a Toyota Tacoma. I hope they work good. I’ll get back to you on that.
Great mirrors that are pretty easy to attach. I had tried a different brand and couldn’t get them to hold evenly or tight. With the ratchet knob on the side these sync up nicely and have very little shake on the road. Good product!
Perfect, just what I wanted. Have not installed yet, but it looks like a fit.
I put them on a 2024 Durango and due to the angle of the back of the mirrors your mirrors did not reach out far enough. Also the angle caused them to slide and come loose. This movement cause the pads to come off.
I bought these mirrors to use on our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I used them just a couple of times and have decided to look for something else. Despite my best efforts and watching (and re-watching) the online video that shows them being mounted on my exact vehicle, I found that the soft pads that grip the back of the mirror could not keep the mirror in place for more than 30 minutes or so. It was warm (mid-80s) when I used the mirrors and the heat seemed to let the pads slip too much. I tried several different positions and adjusted the tension straps carefully, but no luck. They seem pretty well made and may well work well on other vehicles, but they just don't work with my Jeep GC.
The mirrors themselves I'd give 4-5 stars as they were easy to install and only took about 5 minutes per side to get them adjusted correctly. One of the mirrors was clearly a mirror that had been used by a customer and then returned. Neither the customer nor etrailer cared enough to fully check the product as there were bug guts on the outside of the housing.

Customer Service will contact you regarding this mistake.
Honda Odyssey 2010 is what these mirrors are used for by
me. Once I get them positioned where I want them, which was
quite the project the first time, they work fine, giving
driver critically necessary views of our A-line trailer.
After a period of driving, though, their position shifts,
they start to sag, they simply cant hold on tight enough to
the half-melted-bar-of-soap aero-shape of our Honda mirrors.
Not the fault of CIPA, it IS a universal fit it says. Some
fits will be better than others. There are no mirrors I could
find dedicated to 09 - 11 Honda Odysseys. These work, don't get
me wrong, and I'll keep using them, since there's nothing else
available, but it took a while to discover the routine that gets
them mounted where they stand half a chance to last a trip. The
tension locking knobs are a righteous pain in the patooty. I would
say to look long and hard for a mirror made specifically for your
application before you buy these. If nothing is available, well...
OK, maybe these will work for you. So far they have for me, once I
got it all figured out.
I like the mirrors. However, I find that the straps stretch when they get wet, and the rubber pads do not stick very well, tending to slide, causing the mirrors to move out of alignment while traveling.
Had great luck with these before. They are a replacement for a set I brought 14 years ago.
Great service and products

Yes, have had no issues. Bed holders weak but added support. Tows nicely behind palisade. Towed over 1000 miles and going to repeat this year
I have tried many different ways to keep the towing mirrors in place on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, without any success, including straps that tighten, turning the black knob, locating the hooks in different places and bungee cords. I have now been trying for a year.
I like this product a lot. It is easy to use and adjust. Easy to remove at the end of a trip.
I am very happy with etrailer and the towing mirrors. I have been looking for several years for mirrors that would serve my needs.
Ordered some mirror extensions for towing. I haven't installed them yet but they seem far more aerodynamic than others listed online and at local auto parts stores so I hope they work well on my Toyota Tacoma truck.
I did install these temporarily, and found it more stable then any others. I just haven't as yet been able to use them on a trip w/our travel trailer.
They are great for what I use them for. I tow an RV trailer two or three times a year. You will need a second person to help you adjust the passenger side. The pads will come off, but they come with extras. It's a good option if you don't want to replace existing mirrors with big towing mirrors
Easy to install and different options to hook to mirror
As per my previous experiences with etrailer, I received fast and dependable service. The mirrors look to be very sturdy and do not block the mirrors they are attached to. The CIPA mirrors look like they should work well with my 2018 Tacoma. I had to modify the mounting application slightly. The kit with additional grasping hooks and the instructions failed to show how to use those hooks and neither did the videos. Because the tacoma mirror housing leaves little room for the CIPA hooks that came attached to the CIPA mirrors, I reversed them and they now seem to be secure. There was no way the original set up would work trying to grasp the Tacoma mirrors.
So I am headed out tonight without the trailer to see how they work. Looking forward to the increased visibility.

They did not. I could not keep them attached to my own mirrors.
The written directions for attaching the mirrors were poor at best. The video for attaching the mirrors on the etrailer site was excellent. Despite this, I only had success with the drivers side mirror. The passengers side mirror clips interfered with the automatic backup mirror adjustment. Changing type of clip attachment didn't matter. In general, these mirrors do not work well on the Honda Passport.

Thank you for this information that will help others make a decision about which universal towing mirror will work with their Passport.
Will not stay cramped to Gladiator mirror, plastic clamps too flimsy
The mirrors are great. I thought very easy to figure out how to attach them on our 2006 Highlander. VERY SATISIFIED
