Tow your small trailer with this completely hidden trailer hitch. Remove the ball mount for a fully concealed look when you're not towing. Use the included receiver attachment to mount a bike rack or cargo carrier. Trailer wiring included.
Features:
Specs:
Note: The included receiver attachment is only for hitch-mounted accessories and cannot be used for towing. To tow with this hitch, you must use the included ball mount attachment.
This Stealth Hitches trailer hitch includes everything you need to hook up your trailer for towing. The ball mount pops into the hitch's center block so you can attach your trailer's coupler to the hitch ball. The wiring harness lets you power your trailer's lights. And the safety chain loops let you attach your trailer's safety chains. A receiver attachment is included as well for those times you need to use a bike rack or cargo carrier instead of towing your trailer. This all-in-1 solution saves you the headache of scrambling for missing parts, so you can get on the road faster than ever.
Nothing can ruin the clean, stylish look of your vehicle like a giant piece of metal bolted beneath the bumper. Luckily, with the Stealth Hitches trailer hitch receiver, you never have to worry about messing up your vehicle's lines.
This hitch installs behind your bumper, keeping the cross tube concealed and leaving only the ball mount visible. Even better, the ball mount can be easily removed from the cross tube when it's not in use, so you won't see any trace of the hitch. This means that you can retain that clean, from-the-factory look for your ride, while still being able to tow your trailer on the next family road trip.
This hitch also comes with a removable 2" square receiver, which can be used to mount any variety of hitch accessories, like your bike rack or cargo carrier.
Both the ball mount attachment and receiver attachment can be installed and removed in seconds with no tools required. Simply pop the selected attachment's base up into the stainless steel block at the center of the hitch until it automatically latches in place.
Be sure to then press the lock on the side of the block to fully secure the attachment. When you're finished hauling, use the included key to unlock the latch. Then turn the handle on the block clockwise and remove the attachment. You can stow the attachments in a safe place like your vehicle's rear cargo area, or you can use a convenient carrying case (391CASEC - sold separately).
And when you're not using an attachment, the included hitch plug covers the center block's opening to protect the hitch's body from dirt and debris.
The included wiring splices into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area, on the passenger's side. Once you've made all of the necessary connections, insert the provided fuse into the in-line fuse holder.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A magnetic clip is included to attach the connector to your hitch.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.

Tow your small trailer with this completely hidden trailer hitch. Remove the ball mount for a fully concealed look when you're not towing. Use the included receiver attachment to mount a bike rack or cargo carrier. Trailer wiring included.I love the hitch. I'm about 4 months from the 2 year mark. I use it once or a twice a week in the warmer season to pull a small landscape trailer with an (electric) zero-turn mower. I always remove the hitch from the receiver when not in use. No issues to date.
I love this stealth hitch!
I carry a motorcycle trailer with my Tesla, and I'm able to remove the hitch from view when I'm not using it.

Fantastic!
Overall the hitch quality was great. Fits as described however the power wire was a few feet short with my kit and I didn't discover this until I had spent hours on my back reaching under the car to run the wire and cable tie the wire in place and reinstalled the skid plates only to find out the cable was short.

Patrick, I would like to send this info over to the manufacturer. Have you been able to install? Were you able to extend the wiring?
Excellent!
The kit came complete. The installation went very smoothly. Just followed the supplied instructions and everything work out well. I have used the hitch many times to pull a small utility trailer with no issues. I highly recommend. When not in use, you would never know the car was equipped with a hitch. Less than 5 minutes to attach the tow bar w/ball and it’s ready to go.
The eTrailer kit was complete. The team has thought of everything. The cover was almost perfect and only néeded a slight chamfer on the edge that first contacts the cutout edge to easily but securely fasten. I’m not a fan of splice-blocks but used them and only had 1 of the 3 that needed some encouragement to make contact. I would suggest a hole saw and jig saw to make the cutout as they leave a nicer surface. The hitch went on quickly, the wiring too 2x as long as the hitch install.

A year later and I’m still loving the Stealth Hitch. I’ve mostly used it to mount our Kuat bike rack but have also hauled trailers full of topsoil and rental equipment from HomeDepot. The versatility of the hitch has been awesome! I would suggest including some beefy secure D-rings to attach the safety chains since the ones on the mount are hard to access.
My wife and I installed this on her Model 3. Took about a half a Saturday; no issues. We drove her Tesla with a small trailer from Georgia to Annapolis Maryland and picked up a sailboat kit. Had no problems pulled like a dream. What we saved on shipping the boat kit, as opposed to picking up at ourselves, paid for the hitch. I well balanced thousand pound load. The tesla I didn’t know it was there.
Not the easiest Install, but once it's done it's more than worth it. I have used it to pull my 10 ft construction trailer lots of times, so I could avoid having to have a truck. I would suggest laying out the fasteners that you remove in order, and which ones go where. The directions are good, but Pay attention to how the bumper removes so you can put it back without having any parts left over. I would rate the install difficulty a 7 out of 10. Watch the You tube videos.
Clearly a superior product. Installation required two people and the supplied instructions were accurate and well written. No rattling whatsoever with the included drawbar.
eTrailer is a great site, easy to use with good video instructions on how to install. It’s a little daunting to think about “tearing” your Tesla apart, but at the end of the day, it’s just a car.
The hitch is well built and very sturdy. Easy to install.
Thanks for a great product.
While the physical weight bearing parts are well built and fit well with detailed instructions one would think for over 800 dollars they could kick in the non contact "t connector" kit made by Draw Tite or even the Tekonsha sensor kit that doesn't require cutting and splicing into the wiring harness. In fact about a month ago when I first shopped the towing kit for a 2023 model 3 I could have sworn the DrawTite style T connector style kit was included.
Outside of the "cut into your factory wire harness with the electrical nightmare and destructive crush/splice connectors" the kit is pretty decent. But lets face it, those style connectors are so god awful no respectable electrician would use them and no respectable mechanic would put them on their own vehicle.....especially not a lower end luxury vehicle like a Model 3. I refused to cut into the wiring harness on my 8 yr old Honda Fit and just built my own flasher harness run from the 12v power outlet.....I guess I have to do that again and let that extra hundred bucks of parts just sit there in the box to rot.
Awesome product
This is a great, solid hitch setup. Love the stealth aspect. Super easy to install and remove the receiver or ball hitch (not sure what the one reviewer's problem is but I don't go to the gym and have no issues haha). I put some fluid film lubricant in there to keep things slick and rust free.
Wash the rear end of your car in preparation so you don't cause scratches by grinding dirt into the paint when handling and contacting the bumper cover etc. Definitely make sure you mask off the areas like they show. Most importantly the wheel well end of the upper/quarter panel side of the junction, where that T-25 clip could bang into the quarter panel, double or triple up the masking tape IMO. Also keep the metal clip off until the panels are just about completely clipped together so you can manage the clip end and not scratch paint.
Don't be a dummy like me and forget to connect the bumper cover plug to the wiring harness. I was able to get it connected without removing the whole cover but it was still a pain.
Instructions are good but it's slightly confusing if you're skipping the power wire part. So glad my car had the power plug already at the back which did not require running a wire to the battery. Instructions listed the Tesla wire colors needed to tap into based on model year. Mine is a 2022 and that info was included. Foam tape to secure the convertor box was useless but whatever that can chill back there, should be fine and all wiring is completely hidden.
Also recommend checking out the video by electrified garage and see how they handle the underside part of the bumper cover where it slides into the car's shield. They take three more bolts out which allows the shield to drop and makes the two pieces come together a lot easier.
If you're handy with tools, have the proper sockets and wrenches, and can crimp wire connectors and do clip on splices you should have no issue installing this. A cordless ratchet, impact wrench etc make it go much quicker. Take your time and be patient! Cheers!
For customer service, A+ rating, somehow delivery screwed up and lost the product along the way but delivered an empty box, I then reached out, and a week later I received the box with the item
Have not had chance to install yet, will update after.
Installed on a Tesla Model 3. Incredibly sturdy kit, and came with an adapter to get power from the factory trailer connector. I had no problem installing this myself, but I would recommend professional installation for someone not experienced working on cars. Overall very happy! Love that it hides behind a factory access panel that you can put back when the hitch isn’t needed.
Great Tow Hitch!
Overall experience is excellent, I am absolutely happy with it!
Definitely recommend this product!
It went on as specified without any real difficulty. No problems installing. I had the assistance of a very competent friend which made all the difference for me. It took us no more than 3 hours total to install the hitch and wiring. It has also worked fine since installation. the rotating pin on the receiver is a bit stiff and hard to apply enough torque where it is to get it to turn to put the hitch into receiver. Very pleased with the product.
Great hidden hitch receiver. Straight forward DIY installation. Watch the accompanying video for installation. I’ve used it for a year and I’ve probably take it on and off the car over 50 times. No problems.

Great. Still going strong. No issues. Still using it several times per year taking the hitch mount on and off and using it to haul a 1up bike rack.
So far I haven't been able to break it. If I do I'll contact you to purchase another one.
Great product. Wish the tongue weight capacity was like 600-800lb instead of only 350lb but maybe that’s a vehicle hardware constraint not the hitch strength. Other then that this product is incredibly useful!
This is the perfect hitch for my Tesla Model3, I found excellent instructions on Youtube so the installation was strait forward. I especially appreciate that it comes with Bothe a 2" ball and 2" receiver that mount securely to the installed assembly. The connection to the chassy of the car is solid so there is no clunking noise as I tow my trailer with my silent Tesla.
Excellent quality product. The [online] videos made it so easy to install myself, with a friend!! Looks so stealth, which is why I bought it. Who wants a hitch sticking out of their Tesla anyways??! Highly recommend this to all Tesla Lovers that also need to tow or carry large items with their car.

Absolutely love it!
A few months in and it’s absolutely holding up like a champ
10/10. I’ve been using this hitch on my model 3 and there has been absolutely no issues. Great installation video and paper instructions.
Overall a very good product that did exactly what I wanted.

It’s been a year since my original review, but it’s actually been almost 3 years since I installed this receiver. I’m glad to report that it’s still in service without a hitch sorry for the pun. I tow every week during the warmer months.
