Tired of yanking on a pull chain over and over to get the fan speed you want? Or grabbing a step stool to reverse your fan blade direction? This handy wall switch lets you control the fan speed, so you can turn it on low just to get a little air flowing, medium to stay comfortable, and medium-high or high on those sweltering summer days. The switch also lets you change the direction of the fan blades and turn the fan on and off with the push of a button.
Stay Comfortable All Year Round
Spinning your fan blades in the right direction is important. This reversible RV ceiling fan helps keep you, your family, and even your pets comfortable during any season and reduces the use of your air conditioner and furnace.
In the warmer spring and summer months, you should set your fan to spin counterclockwise. This creates a wind chill effect where cool air is pushed down and out and then redistributed throughout your RV, allowing you to set the temperature on your thermostat higher to avoid blasting your air conditioner all summer.
Using a ceiling fan in the winter seems backwards, right? Wrong. In fact, you should set your fan to spin clockwise at low speed to keep your RV cozy and comfortable in the chilly fall and winter months. This revolving action pulls cool air up to the ceiling and pushes warm air, which naturally rises, down along the walls toward the floor, preventing cold pockets of air from forming. In doing this, you'll be able to set the temperature on your thermostat lower in the winter.

This is an addition to an older 5th wheel bedroom. Seems to move the air well despite the small size. Quiet and 4 speeds.
Product more than met expectations and shipping was fast. Fan is super quiet and performance is perfect.
Nice quality fan with quiet operation. The only issue I have is that when starting the fan you always have to reverse direction. It blows air upward and I need it to blow downward. It would be nice if it knew what direction it was running when it was turned off.
VERY impressed with this ceiling fan! The high setting really moves the air in our floating cabin. It barely uses any electricity, so I don't hesitate to leave it running all night while we sleep. I was hesitant to buy this at first, but now I'm buying two more for the rest of our cabin! Build quality is great and it was easy to install.
Will was very good about the I issues I was having. I would call on Will if I need to order new product or address and questions I may have. Thank you Will…
The fan is great, working great. The wiring instructions or confusing.
It worked great in my class C, fit over the bed perfectly.
One of blades was chipped in the box
Absolutely love this fan. We took a 6 week trip to the mid-west in the summer with super high humidity. The AC's were working overtime and had a difficult time keeping the rig cool. The fan was a life saver for sleeping at night. We installed it directly over the bed, turned it on every night along with the AC and slept very comfortable.
We live on the west coast and do a lot of RVing at the beaches. We love opening the windows and turning the fan on and get a great cross breeze for sleeping. The fan is super quiet and highly effective. I highly recommend it.
Received product in three days. Easy install wiring instructions could be improved. Very satisfied with product.
Good size for small spaces. Good quality. Would be better with a light.
Installed last week and working fine so far. A tad noisy but moves air great!
Easy to install, replaced a light with the fan. helps move air in the heat.
Great idea.
I works but tends to make some noise. It is NOT in my opinion designed for more than intermittent use. Brushes get quite noisy if you leave it on and they ware in. Which I do in a small bedroom. It is good for what it is but I would like to find one with a brushless motor.
Good system just what I needed for camper bed room

I would love to give this fan a 5-star rating, but unfortunately, it was not compatible with my Tiffin Phaeton RV and the existing wiring. There was nothing in the manual or the description that provided enough info to know before hand whether it would work. I gambled, and found that the fan requires a dedicated two-conductor wire to be in place (or run) from the fan to the switch mount.
My original HI/OFF/LOW switch is located in the nightstand which is in the slide out. While there are two wires in the ceiling (and two in the nightstand) the circuit is not dedicated and cannot be used to use the new switch.
I was able to install the new fan using the existing wiring, but without that dedicated pair, I had to stay with the original switch. That eliminated the speed and direction control (since there is no reverse switch on the new fan body). It's not the end of the world, since I can't remember a single time I reversed direction, or ever used anything other than HI.
In any case, make sure you have a dedicated pair of conductors that run to your intended switch location (along with constant +12V and (-) ground). If you do, it'll work great. If not, you may not be able to use the new switch.
On the upside, with the longer motor, the new fan sits about 3" lower from the ceiling. Combined with what looks to be a more aggressive pitch on the blades, the new fan moves more air than the old one. It's also significantly quieter. If that changes, I will amend my review.

I'm giving the fan an Excellent rating although I am still in the process of installing it. I've bench-tested it and it appears to work well. It's a heavy-duty motor and the unit appears to be well designed and built. I'm stalling it in our home, to be powered by a modest 12V solar electrical system.

I've been using this consistently for a year now in my off-grid house in the Hawaiian rainforest & it's great! No rust, mold or drooping of the blades, which is all a huge problem here. Also, love the DC aspect since I'm off-grid! I'm so grateful this retailer would ship this to me, so few places will ship here, so it's hard to get what we need so THANK YOU etrailer!

This was just what I was looking for. I have run it for 7 hours on low speed like I intend to in my camper. It was silent and flowed plenty of air for sleeping. I used an old car battery that I had in the shed and it was still at 60% charge when I stopped it. Fit and finish are very good and everything was in the box with the exception of wire. I used some trailer light hook up twin lead that was left over. I would buy this again.

The fan was received and installed with no issues. Although the control switch provided did not work. The switch was replaced by Keystone during the Montana Owners Rally in Goshen Indiana in September 2021. Fan has been operating satisfactorily since then.

We purchased this fan to replace the same exact one that started to make a loud clicking sound. This one worked great for about 2 months and then started making the same clicking noise. This fan will keep up up all night and let you get very little sleep. Do not buy this fan... Think I wasted $250-300 on this fancy 12v fan.
