  Hey Neil, thanks for reaching out! According to my research your E2 system just has weight distribution and no sway control so I recommend welding the Tab # 3442 on your weight distribution head and then adding the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 to add that sway control. We have some weight distribution options that include sway control if you'd like to go that route.   Since vehicles that have 2-1/2 inch hitches don't normally use friction sway control as it's not normally needed there aren't any brackets for the smaller balls of the units that are setup for that hitch size but I do have a solution Mehdi.   If your 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan has a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch receiver then you cannot use weight distribution because the hitch is not rated for it and cannot handle the stress. You would have to have a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver that is rated for weight distribution AND the vehicle must also be rated for it (consult vehicle owners manual).   The photos did not come through but it sounds like you need a new ball mount to level the trailer while towing. In order to do this you will need to measure from the ground to the bottom of the coupler on the trailer while level and then subtract that measurement from the ground to the top of your hitch receiver opening.
