Speaker 1: Today we're gonna take a look at the Class 5 Service Body 2 1/2 inch by 2 1/2 inch Hitch Receiver. Now this Class 5 Service Body Hitch Receiver will handle towing loads up to 16,000 pounds. It is used on service trucks. The hitch receiver comes with the 2 1/2 inch receiver tube. It is a carbon steel construction with a corrosion resistant black powder coat finish. The square tube here that the hitch tube is connected to is a 3 1/2 inch by 3 1/2 inch square tube construction.
It is sealed on the ends. Overall length is 44 inches. The receiver tube, which is 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. It is an open tube. It goes all the way through.
It does have right here next to it the 3 inch wide safety chain openings.Now, the mounting plates to install this to your vehicle are not included. The hitch does extend out from this crossover tube about 3 3/4 inches. The dot pitch pin hold that's in it is a 5/8 inch diameter pitch pin hole. The gross trailer weight capacity on this is 16,000 pounds. Maximum ton weight capacity is 1600 pounds.
