One year on the original battery. In my opinion, because this lock does not support an always on Blu-tooth radio. Don't understand why people want to carry a fob anyhow. A key (if I need it - and I would if the lock battery is dead) is smaller. The door sits in the Texas sun year-round. No degradation so far of the membrane combination pad. I was able to rekey this lock to use the same Global Link non-master key that opens all the locks on this RV.
The only oddity is the outside latch handle pivot is opposite of most RV locks. We have to tell guests to pull on the other end of the latch. In some ways, that in itself is a form of extra security. Even if open, I suspect criminals would give up trying to open the door!
Very solid quality, easy to order, was able to track the shipment each step of the way. Arrived with no damage and was exactly as advertised. No issues at all, very seem less process.
We were constantly losing or misplacing the key to our camper door. Or one of us would return from hiking sooner than the other and the door was locked. This keyless entry makes getting in the camper effortless.
Installed in just a couple of minutes. Quality of materials seems okay for the price, you can't expect German engineering at this price right? Bonus: Door jam screws came with locktite on em, nice!
Easy to reset the code.
It was delivered ahead of time. I love the ability of being able to open the door like an normal door. It's much better then the small caved handle that comes on the RVs. The only issue is that we're having issues with it shutting easily. We're not sure what the issue is, we're still working on that.
Lock was easy to install and works ok. The acknowledgment beep is hard to hear with "average" campsite background noise. The big,installation problem is no where in the order info, the box or the instruction sheet dose it say " battery not included" or dose it say what size battery you need (C123). I had to find internet to watch the ytube vidio to find what battery was needed.
We like not having to take keys with us on hikes so this keyless locking system is great.
I ordered a keyed the same door handle but it is not what I got. I have already called twice on this order and now I have to call again Monday to see if we can fix this error as I wanted this for next weekends camping trip. Hopefilly we can come to a resolution.
My stair handle won’t fold flat against the door when it’s in the towing position because it sticks out from the door surface too much. If the handle was relocated a few inches up or down it would be fine . I waited too long to send it back so I’ll let my son have it for his trailer. It does operate nice.
We received the entry door lock in tact and on time. The lock is of good quality and installation was a breeze! It fit perfectly in the cut out on the door and the simplified easy-to-understand instructions made the whole process simple and trouble free. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I wish I had made this purchase before taking my chances on another manufacturer's product that turned out to be a major disappointment. I highly recommend this lock to everyone, especially those that may be questioning their DIY skills.
Easy to install on my 2021 COUGAR Half-Ton Fifth Wheel without modifying the door. It would have been easier if battery size (C123a) was listed in directions along with electronic lock activation sequence that I found on YouTube. Great product.
For the price initial indication is low quality. Requires a battery, but the box, paperwork nor the lock itself says what size battery. Installation instructions are on thin poor quality paper. Yes, it's minor, but gives the impression of low quality that they can include a decent set of instructions. Another minor item is it says use a #2 Phillips to open the battery compartment. It requires a #1 Philips. Something small, but gives the impression of low-grade product. Haven't actually used as it requires a non-standard battery that I need to purchase.

I appreciate the honesty of your review. This lock does take a C123A battery that is not included. I am working having this info added to the product description.
Lock came in early worked and installed easily. Very pleased
Easy to install, however the curved handle hit the side of the trailer when opened all the way. The built in door stop was thick enough for the factory installed lock, but not enough for the new by lock
Maybe the easiest install I've ever done (and little projects like this rarely go well for me). The product works as advertised and we really like it. Beware that it takes a C123A lithium battery that does not come with it. I highly recommend this product.

Still working as expected after a year. I like that it has 10 digits instead of 8 like some others.
We really like this lock. It was an easy swap out for the original equipment. It makes access quick and easy without searching for keys.
This is a great product. It has worked flawlessly. I am still using the original battery in it after all this time. The only thing I wish is that it had a remote with it. I highly recommend this electronic lock to everyone.

Still working with no problems and still has the same battery that we started with.
Great door lock. The door on my 5th wheeler needed to be slammed to close. After installing the epro, it closes and locks like a door in your house. Installation was a breeze and it works wonderfully. Kailey was super with her customer service I called with a couple of issues which she handled promptly and professionally Thanks.

I would never go back to a keyed door on our R. I absolutely love the keyless entry!
Product came incomplete. This was discovered when I was paying to have it installed. I had to pay for the install and wait for the piece to be ordered. I will have to pay for another partial install.
Called the company and they did not care that their incomplete product cost me dearly for install. etrailer just lost a customer that will need RV products in the future. I communicated this on the phone and the customer service person did not care. Be careful and order from companies that display “customer service” and don’t just put the words in writing on their site.
The product was shipped in a timely manner. Excellent communication regarding shipment tracking and estimated delivery. Installation was straightforward. Completed installation in 30 minutes. Love the product, quality is exceptional.
Much more heavy duty than other Keypad locks on the market. Bought to replace flimsy lock that was only a year old. Extremely easy install and works smother that any camper handle I’ve ever had! Well worth the money!
Works as described. If I had done a little more research I would have bought one that had a remote unlock feature.
The lock eliminates the need for keys to secure the RV! However, the buttons take a considerable amount of pressure to get the lock to accept the number being entered.

Down side, directions could be better and the way the package came My first thought it was used the box was so beat up
the lock was fine just packed badly.

After 1 year it still looks and works like the first day we put it in. Very easy to use and has stood up to the elements with zero issues. Would definitely buy this again.
