I contacted Advanced RV and Fleet Solution via the ETrailer website to see if they could help install a hitch. Brandon the owner contacted me back very quickly and was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to set up an install date and he even came to my location which was very convenient. After seeing my car he let me know that he would need to get some additional parts as my car was missing them, and that it would be a little longer install time, which he handled that obstacle very well. I was very pleased with Brandon's service and will definitely contact him again if we are in need of a hitch installation again.

I initially had issues with the product I bought (parts missing) I was told that the parts were missing from the distributor and that they would send the parts out. Received some more parts but not all again. Finally received all my parts. I found Etrailer very helpful in getting me the rest of my parts.

Actual business was "Hitches-R-Us" which has somehow split from Auto World Lease/Sales. Communication was poor at times and it took effort on my part to establish a firm reservation for work to be done. I had desired to drop car at business and go to medical appointment via Uber. This would give them time to start the install. When I got there (at the designated time), they could not handle. So I took car to medical appt and came back. The install took 6 hours (not the (not the 3-4 predicted). Despite the longer install - the business did not change the quoted price. They stuck with it until complete. And the install was good. Praise to them. But I would not use them again. It is a one-man operation that works outside in their parking lot. Just not a professional garage.
