I think the gutter brackets are great. they are easy to install , and seam to be of an extruded aluminum stock. great stuff for exterior use. I first used a 4 foot level for a straight edge so i could parallel the camper windows. after laying out the location , using the rack to find the best elevation, dry mounted to the gutter bracket. I marked this location. I made sure this location was parallel to the windows. Then I used the backing plate as a template while drilling , this guarantees a perfect fit. A little silicon for fit up and bolt in place . As you can see my rack is a Yakima system. But the Tully gutter brackets work great. I was glad to see they were made in the U.S.A. very cool . you need to include this bit of info in your ads ... thanks for your help.. I am a kayak fisherman. California and Baja. this will work good...see ya,,,,,
Have ordered and used the Thule 542 before, so I know the product itself is just fine. Actually, the 542's are better than other similar mounts that I looked at. The difference is the customer service I received from Andrew L. He did a great job, was polite and professional. Can't find that combination very often anymore!!

I have ordered from etrailer prior to this order with very good results. My current order is no exception, shipped very quickly and in perfect condition. I haven't had a chance to install the rain gutters but I did size it up and see no potential problems. I will let everyone know how I made out once it's installed.
Was a little frustrated with the communication on the product since when I bought it the website said there were some in stock and then got an email that it wasn’t and would be delayed by a week. They got it out quicker than expected and with all the delays in online ordering due to Covid 19, I have to say they did a good job getting the item to me quick. the retention bumps that stop the rack from sliding off are on the rail are better placed and a little bigger.
it is 1/2 the price of yakima that i purchased before because you get 4 instead of two from Yakima for the same price.
Used them on my son’s camper top on his pickup. They work great! They’re used to support his kayak, canoe, and bicycle. A wonderful product.

The rain gutters themselves are great. I used these on a pop top VW Eurovan had to find other screws, as the included ones were too long, would wear holes in the canvass of the pop top.

Shipped quick. Direct swap out for my broken 1A Tower. Note: You must reuse the stud from original tower. This tower does not come complete and ready to bolt up. Not a big deal as long as you still have your old tower in hand.

I bought this part to replace a broken Yakima Rack Tower on the family tent trailer. One of the towers has been broken for a couple years and finally gave out completely. After looking around, found this on etrailer.com, the price was right, so i ordered it. Part was delivered exactly when promised and it was exactly what I ordered (and needed!) Looked brand new to me and fit just as it should. I almost want to order 3 more now, as this one makes the other 3 look bad :-). I will certainly look to etrailer.com for any future camper needs!

Still in love with it
I received the Rain gutter riser, 66' round bars, boat loader and SKS lock cores all well packaged and in good shape. These are for a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JLU Rubicon. The products were easy to install and will work great for loading and transporting my Hobie Outfitter Kayak. The Outfitter is a heavy kayak at 75 lbs unloaded. The Yakama Boat loader makes it easy for one person to load and unload the kayak. The rain gutter mounts and round bars securely hold the kayak for transportation. When not transporting the kayak the whole system quickly removes.
A big plus with ordering through etrailer is the excellent custom service, they will be my go to for future orders.
I chose the Yakima A1 raingutter towers for mounting a 96" Yakima crossbar for my Humvee wildfire rig rooftop gear rack. The towers are sturdy and able to handle the constant jarring expected in wild land fire fighting in rugged terrain.
Did an excellent job guys. The Yakima towers arrived on time and in good shape. Mounted right up to the canopy clips, installed the existing bars, kayak racks, and lock cores without any issues. All is ship-shape now. Will definitely come back to you guys again.

The customer service is exceptional. Nick went above and beyond getting the package out as well as dedicated follow-up. I will be ordering another roof rack for another vehicle. Even the return process was seamless thanks to Shelia. I ordered a tow hitch wiring harness a few months ago and received the same great service. Will continue to do business with etrailer.
Yakima rack arrived a day earlier than expected. All the parts were there instructions were clear took about half hour to install. The rack is a little noisy at highway speed. Darn, guess I'll have to take the back roads! Thumbs up to both etrailer and Yakima.

Did you use sealant in addition to the rubber gaskets that are provided with these artificial gutters? If so, where did you use it and how much? Thanks!
