later brake line kit the the piece that connect the lines together was missing still have not replaced brakes yet because I have to buy more parts that should have came with the kits I bought from you and then you send me the wrong bearings Wow

Want to help out the next customer looking for the bearing, cups, and seals for 2000-01 tracker trailstar trailer. 1st you have to dismantle one of the hubs and see what trailstar decided to put in there the day they built it. You will find the rear cups and seals are considered "Special for some reason". Not a problem for etrailer, they have them in stock and the quality is excellent and are exact replacements. The parts I had to order were cup L68110, cup L44610, seal 168233, bearing L68149 and bearing L44649. Oh yeah, customer service should get a 10 star review. I had an issue with shipping co. because of new driver in my area. Etrailer got all up in their business for me and I didn't have to do anything. Customer service also called me the next day to see if everything was delivered and satisfactory. We need more companys like etrailer.com . Excellent!!

Jon M - 04/15/2022The only reason I do not give you 5 stars is because your web site. When internet ordering, it should instantly state when a part is out of stock. Even nicer would be expected restocking dates. The parts received were exactly what I ordered for my electric brake conversion from surge brakes at far less expense than reparing the internally rusted surge brake system. There was a plethora of information on your web site to assist me in ordering the correct parts for the conversion. Plus there were videos to see how to complete the conversion and how parts were installed and adjusted. Customer service was excellent.

Its been a year and about 500 miles since installed. No issues, no seal leaks.
I needed these bearings for my boat trailer. Easy purchase, super fast delivery, and the right product. Installed them the same day and took the trailer along on vacation to the Florida Keys. Launched the boat in salt water several times, then towed it home again. Back home I just did a good lube with marine grease through the nipple on the bearing saver. Since then I have towed and launched many times in salt water and the bearings are still as good as the day I installed them. Good quality product that lasts well if you take care of it.
Gary v - 10/30/2020As I have come to expect from Etrailer, this was a perfect fit for my single axle boat trailer. I replaced all 4, the races, seals and added stainless steel bearing buddies. No more worry about failures even when launching in salt water.
The bearings fit perfect but I wish they would’ve informed me that I needed A seal to go with it to complete the job. Fortunately I was able to buy one at the local parts store, somewhat frustrating because I could’ve completed the job A couple of days earlier.

Very poorly packed
I put these bearings on a 21 ft travel trailer. The original bearings were poorly greased and got too hot. With these bearings and a good quality grease these bearings never overheated even with driving in hilly terrain with frequent breaking. Definitely recommend!

I bought this kit last year to replaced the existing brakes and bearings on our 2010 Jayco 23B. We went on eight different camping trips this year and they work great! We noticed a huge improvement when applying the brakes to slow down or stopping the camper altogether. I highly recommend this kit because they were easy to install and the noticed stopping power.Please feel free to ask me any questions regarding this kit.

What a diiference to have not just good brakes, but great brakes. Plus, the install was so easy, all the hardware was a perfect fit, instructions were right on the money (btw, I'm a retired engineer from a nuclear plant and I wrote procedures, so I'm picky) Anyway, towed the boat 1,000 miles and what a reassuring feeling to know that the equipment is in good working order and does the job when called upon.
I'm attaching a couple of pictures so you can see what I did.

The photos are of a catamaran trailer rebuild. The galvanized fenders were purchased, 6 inch square u-bolts for the axle, and bearing hub assembly replacement before and after were all purchased from etrailer.com.
First of all, Diana answered my phone call on the weekend and she was the absolute best customer representative. She helped me find the kit I needed very quickly. Secondly, I was provided with an email directly from Diana to verify my order as well as a direct number if I needed anything. Third, the shipping was very fast. Packaging was excellent. Kit was properly protected. Last, I received a follow up personal email from Diana to let me know my package was delivered and that I could reach out to her if I had any issues. I have not installed my new bearings, but have zero concerned about getting any problems resolved if needed. So far so good. Replaced trailer wheel bearings and race/cup. Vibrations are totally gone. Not sure about durability since many miles are needed to see how the parts last. Right now I am happy, problem fixed for less than $50

I have used etrailer before for purchases and never had any problems at all. I get it everyone is humane and sometimes mistakes are made and I dont hold that against anyone. I purchased the wrong hub and bearing kit for my trailer. Once I removed my old hubs and bearings this became very evident so I called and got in touch with Donna. I was pleasantly surprised when she was so knowledgeable about what I needed and she sent me a return authorization at no cost to me. Just outstanding in every part of this experience. She even sent me a video showing how to install my new parts. Over and above the call of duty but greatly appreciated.

Complete kit, didn’t have to worry about getting a cotter pin. I haven’t put many miles on the trailer bearings but so far, so good. Figment was good. I would buy these again.
I had measured my 1" axle so I ordered 1" bearings...wrong...my 1" axle takes 1.625 bearings...crazy that a 1" axle has two sizes? The correct bearings work great and I am happy with my purchase.
Joe - 08/18/2019Finely got around to repacking the wheel bearings on our Scamp 13 travel trailer. The seal puller popped out the bearing seal without damaging. Now I have a spares for an emergency back up. The bearing grease packer also saved time and made the job much easier.
I have ordered all my towing and trailer news from etrailer. Their business model, web site and customer service personnel are second to none.

I have an old tow behind motorcycle trailer that needed a new wheel bearings. Initially I couldn't find any reference to them at Etrailer other than by purchasing individual components. I called the 800 number and the representative told me the same thing. The cost was to be $[XX] for four bearings and two seals. I decided to look elsewhere by searching for the bearing numbers on the web. That search brought me back to etrailer with a part number for two bearings and a seal and a cotter pin for $[XX]!! I don't know why it was difficult for me and the rep to find, but I'm glad it showed up. I bought two sets and came out $[XX] ahead! As a former motorcycle mechanic, I had the correct race removal/installation tool on hand, so assembly was a breeze. Thanks, etrailer!
I ordered this bearing kit, for my 1996 Dutchmen 1203 pop up camper, on a Monday afternoon and received it on Thursday in the mail. I am very pleased with the product and with etrailer.com and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trailer parts.
Great price, came with everything I needed to do a complete bearing replacement on my utility trailer.
All the parts for one axle arrived in a single bag, banging around during shipment against each other - bearing races banging against bearing. I would not trust them or install them.
I have not had long term service from China metal products. They produce "spec" products for acceptance and then cut corners until caught. U.S. importers do not take the effort to periodically sample quality. Your shipping was very fast. Suggest you include an installation "tip sheet" with orders for non-professionals.

With the exception of the grease caps, the install was textbook - nice and simple.
The grease caps ironically seem to be the simplest and easiest part to install but are frustratingly difficult. Gotta be able to put a little longer taper or something to ease driving the in without getting them cocked and eventually bent so their useless.
Love Etrailer - quick, easy, good price, fast delivery, .... Bearing kit works great! But those darn grease caps
Dis not use - ordered with brake kits just in case they were needed.
Product was just as described and compl ete.
