I used this to replace a bar and latch on my cargo trailer to make the door more like an RV door... This required some custom work but I am very happy with it.

The latch is lockable from the outside but can still be opened from the inside when locked; a good safety feature.1011999

While the product appears to be well constructed, it does not fit my application, I would recommend you add dimensions to your website brochure to possibly reduce this type of problem in the future. I have sent a request for return to your customer service department.538868

On the product description page, we list that the overall dimensions of the latch is 5-12 long x 4-14 inches wide and that it fits a rough opening 4-58 long x 3-38 inches wide.
