Review from a similar B and W Turnoverball in Gooseneck and Fifth Wheel Adapters

I had the truck restored front to back. The box/bed is in the paint shop so putting the hitch on is even easier. Assembly of the hitch looking at the picture from paperwork, extremely easy. Bolting on to the truck frame easy for hitch mounting holes are cut in correct spot for frame holes so no drilling is needed on truck frame. Bolt the side frame of the hitch to truck frame loosely, then put top section already bolted together loosely on to truck frame tighten all bolts down tight and done. Be careful on starting bolts for paint on inside of the threads makes it hard to start. If you have a tap and die set in SAE 1/2 inch National Course this would work good to clean paint off inside of the threads so bolts start easier. Then you have two choices for your hitch being directly above the rear axle or a bit forward toward the cab of the rear axle. The choice being made by the bolt pattern of the hitch frame. Four bolts holes per side only two are needed. Customer purchasing the hitch has to decide on this decision when they put the hitch on. A great heavy duty goose neck hitch made in USA for the price being paid! 172848

It took me a while to get this hitch installed because there were after market airbag suspension supports that were in the way. After I removed them the installation went a bit smoother. The B&W instructions were so light, I was glad to had the opportunity to view the etrailer.com resource video and other helpful informaiton in determining the rear airbag support could be removed without causing a structural issue to the truck. So if you got these airbags install, know that they can be removed so you can take advantage of this high quality hitching system. I used impact wrenches to loosen the old and install the new bolts... made life a lot easier than with the standard wrenches, so worth the price i invested in the right tools for the job. 405136

etrailer not only have a great procedure for online trading or online store, but also a great website....people on similar business can appreciate that as per other this feature can be transparent for them...it takes a great effort of team work to accomplish what this level of a,b,c,d online process to be done the way of etrailer has done. The products are simply well described, well packed, fast shipping. Whether is in stock or direct ship from manufacture, they make it look like is nothing..to me another great team effort and well though software architecture. As often we find instructions from manufacture to be some confusing, etrailer back it up which bunch of literature and videos to easy the process. Device recommendations: I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing this item to purchase also the harness kit, installation is plug and play and it looks part of another factory install. Cons: The part where every instruction or videos said "remove the clamp of the exhaust pipe to move exhaust pipe over" I found that is extremely difficult to accomplish that procedure on a 2014 3500 Ram with a Diesel Engine which it has the extra exhaust regeneration device or so call DPF...where fuel exhaust particles are burn, etc. that makes my vehicle exhaust to be solid almost one foot before reaching my rear end axle, meaning location where I need to be working installing my under bed gooseneck hitch. I did not removed any exhaust clamps and I simply got me a short 22 mm and tight my bolts with a wrench and a hammer. NOTE: ABS harness bracket it looks like is going to be rubbing against the hitch and it is extremely close, but it does not once bolts are tight you will have about 1/2 clearance (will not rub). Last comments, everything fits and everything goes where is says instructions, do not remove your bed of cut your truck in half..jejejejej Good luck, hope I help someone God Bless 174729

This B&W gooseneck installed easily on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 in a little under 4 hours by myself. The only drilling required is for the holes in the bed for the receiver and the safety chain hooks. I'd definitely recommend a tip I saw online-- use a 3/4" piece of plywood as a template/stabilizer when you cut the 4" hole in the bed because the hole-saw will want to bite and grab badly on the bed without it. Quality product made in the USA by B&W, this is my 3rd B&W hitch and they will last forever. I will use this and another in my wife's truck so we can have one fifth wheel hitch (Companion) that will fit both trucks. Great service as always from etrailer. HIGHLY recommended. Thanks! 340805

I purchased the B & W turnover ball hitch from E Trailer for my 2006 Ford F250 SuperDuty. Jan in customer service was very helpful. I received the hitch within 2 days. My wife and I installed it according to the instructions and installation video on their website. E trailer really did their homework on the installation of their hitches. We got the hitch insatlled with minimal problems. All you have to do is follow the video/instuctions. I am very pleased with the hitch and would recommend ETrailer and the B&W hitch to anyone who tows. I tow a 5th wheel with a Ranch Hitch Gooseneck adapter. Now I dont have to deal with the 5th wheel hitch in the bed of my truck. I will continue to purchase other towing accessories from ETrailer. A wonderful experience. 163592

Review from a similar B and W Turnoverball in Gooseneck and Fifth Wheel Adapters

The E-trailer videos and instuctions are great! I would suggest going ahead and removing the spare tire heat shield to make life easier with the torque wrench and when drilling the safety chain holes. The other item I am glad I caught before installing my hitch is the size of the hole they want you to use. B&W suggest a 3-1/2" hole and provide a plastic spacer to kinda hide the gap, I didn't like the idea of how this was going to look. I still installed the plastic spacer to support the bed around the hole, but I used a 3-1/4" hole saw and very lightly filed the edges for a much better fit. (Just make sure you hit your pilot hole location.) Test fit the hitch from the top side when checking the hole size. When installing, tighten the bolts to where the hitch just starts to make contact with the frame and then go top side and check hitch/hole alignment. Tap the hitch around with a mallet if you need to line it up with the hole. (Once the hitch was tight it didn't protrude through the bed anyways, so the hole could have been small and still worked). After removing the exhaust hanger, I used a ratchet strap to pull the tail pipe towards the spring to allow access to drill the passenger side safety hook holes. Another tip, I used a piece of rope tied to the ball retaining pin and fed it up through the hole in the bed. My 11 year old son was able to hold it in place this way while I started the bolts. I am happy with the end results and it looks great! The one thing I feel could be better is how far the ball retaining pin protrudes into the second side of the hitch housing, on mine I only have about 1/4" into the second side. I would feel better with 3/8"-1/2" engagement. 302603

The customer service from eTrailer is top notch. I ordered my B&W 1067 the day before New Year's Eve. I had it within 5 days including the holiday and weekend. The B&W 1067 installed pretty easy. I did it myself in about 3 hours. I was lucky that my truck previously had a B&W 1067 installed so I didn't have to drill any holes. The only complaint that I have is I was short 2 bolts in the hardware bag. I didn't worry with calling eTrailer; I just went and bought new ones. 167940

The hitch and controller was installed on a 2002 Chevy 2500HD. It took roughly 15 min to install the Tekonsha P3 Brake Controller, plug it in and program it. As far as the B&W Turnover Ball Hitch, I cut the hole in the bed and cut the heat shield out the day before while I was waiting for the hitch to arrive. The next day my parts arrived, I laid out all the parts to make sure everything was there and then started the install. I didn't want to cut the 1"x1/2" notch out of my fender well to get the angle iron in so I spent about 15 min. trying to get it up on top the frame from underneath the truck. A waste of time. Do like the instructions say, cut the notch and slide it straight across the top of the frame. It will save time and aggravation. After getting both braces in place I ran a piece of rope down thru the hole and pulled the hitch plate up into place and tied it off. I installed all the bolts finger tight, put the side plates on and tightened everything up. It looks nice and I saved myself a $435.00 installation fee. With out a lift and without taking my rear tires off it took about 3 1/2 hrs. to install by myself. The only thing I want to say to B&W is don't place the heavy metal hitch parts on the booklet with the packets of Lithium Grease in it, they bust as the picture shows. Last but not least, thank you Sherry for all your help with my order and getting it to me quick in such short notice. I really appreciated it. 358380

To etrailer's credit the product (B&W underbed turnover ball gooseneck hitch kit ) arrived quickly and in good shape albeit with whining from the "overworked" UPS driver. Installation went smoothly but not having a chassis lift working space was at a premium. There's a lot of fuel and pollution control plumbing along the driver-side frame rails on a '16 Ford diesel so space is tight. B&W's instructions are good but more appreciated are etrailer's videos, they're good. Measure (and remeasure ) the location for the turnover ball hole. Don't trust Ford's dimple, it ain't necessarily right and there's not a lot of wiggle room with a 4" hole. B&W's measurement is RIGHT. I used the Andersen Ultimate Hitch I had with a ratchet strap to support the center section through the drilled bed hole which really facilitated mounting it to the cross members. I was working solo. The only place I varied from the instructions was to partially loosen the bed mounting bolts (8 #45 torx head )an inch or so and jack the bed a couple inches. This really increased the working access for insertion of the crossmember beams and a half dozen of the mounting bolts. Though it's a pain I'd also recommend putting the rearend on jackstands and removing the wheels, much improved access, much improved torquing accuracy. Working solo, not hurrying and first time... about 6 hours. Props to B&W Hitches and especially etrailer. 357056

This is an excellent product! Let's start from the beginning. The ordering was easy and hassle-free. They shipped my order the next day and it arrived as promised. The only issue I had was when I opened the box. It comes in two separate boxes due to weight. The package that contains all the hardware had a slight tear. After inspection I realized one lock washer had fallen out and it wasn't in the box. No worries there, I simply picked up another at the hardware store. Installation was as difficult as expected. You're working under a truck with about 130lbs of steel... it's not going to be real easy but it's not super difficult either (use your head and read the instructions). The instructions are easy to read and understand. I recommend you lay everything out on the ground exactly as it is assembled. That way you can get a clear picture as to how everything will go together when you are under the vehicle trying to hold a 50lb piece of steel above your head. Bottom line though... this system was designed and put together excellently. If you follow the instructions it will install perfectly with no gaps or unsightly holes. This is my first in-bed trailer hitch system. I wasn't sure if I should go with just a goose neck or fifth wheel. This system allows for both. My only regret is that I didn't take pictures as I went along. It truly does go in as easily as they say. 397466

I bought this for my new 2017 F150. I would not buy it again. First off they say in the instructions to drill a 4" hole at 42 5/8" from the back of the bed. Both measurements are wrong. If you use a 4" hole saw which I did the hitch will not fit in the hole. I had to open it up after it was drilled. I ended up with a 4 1/4" hole. I drilled at 42 5/8" as per the instructions. That measurement wouldn't let the hitch be mounted in the center of the hole. It was tight against the back of the hole. Which would of put aluminum directly in contact with steel To get it to fit right I ended up shifting the centerline of the hole 3/16" towards the back of the truck and making an 1/8" shim to push the center section forward to get the hitch centered in the hole. 42 5/16" would have been a better centerline for the hole. Also the bolts for the side mounts are longer then they need to be. They could at least be fully threaded to be able to use the retaining clips as intended. I called B&W about my issues. It's was basically like talking to a brick wall. They acted like I did something wrong. I worked in a machine shop for years working with tolerances down to .0001". I'm pretty sure I can read a tape. Also the paint finish on the hitch is horrible. It flakes of in long strips. If I had to do it again I would look at a different hitch. Possibly a Curt or something else which is less expensive. 397812

I installed this yesterday, along with the Companion 5th Wheel Hitch. Very good instructions, well written, great illustrations. Everything fit perfectly, no struggles with alignment. Very good hardware. Looks to be very sturdily built, the welds looks great. One thing to look out for - on my 2016 Chev 3500 anyway, the exhaust is in the way of drilling the passenger side retractable chain hook holes. You will need an angle drill or drill with a flexible extension cable. Or get your steel rule out and do some serious measuring like I did and drill the holes from the top down. I drilled the accessible driver's side, then transposed those measurements to the passenger side and drilled from the top using a small drill. After hitting the hole, I used progressively larger drills until I found the edge of the 1/2" hole in the center plate, then hogged out the hole the rest of the way with a Dremel grinder. Not a big deal, just had to get a little creative. Over all, excellent experience, from the purchase, the help from customer service (fantastic people!), fast delivery and easy install. Highly recommended! 293451

Talk about putting 10 pounds of crap in a 5 pound bag! Engineering for this goose neck hitch is excellent. Everything fits perfectly and the instructions are very good. One word of advice, where the instructions direct you to remove the plug fasteners holding the wiring harness on the rear cross member, remove them. If you cut them off it leaves a small piece of plastic protruding which causes the mounting holes in the hitch to misalign. The hitch can be installed by one person but after installing mine I highly recommend two. The instructions suggest a motor lift, overhead lift or similar to lift and hold the center section of the hitch in place. I would say that it is essential. The first thing that you will do is drill the 4 inch hole in the bed, when all parts are in place you will need to pull the center section up into the hole that you drilled and then tighten the other parts to the center section. You will need a couple of things that most people don't have laying around, two hole saws, a 4" and a 3/4". You should also consider picking up a 24" long 7/16" bit. You will need this for drilling the pilot holes for the safety chain attachments from underneath the truck bed. An excellent product with instructions written for the first time installer in mind. 183311

This unit was very handy to be able to purchase and install on my Bradford Built flatbed so that I could install my B&W companion hitch with flatbed base on the truck. The welding was all fairly straight forward and didn't require much except for a few washers and a piece of flat steel for a spacer. The one down side is that the hitch pin/handle does not have any built in twist-n-lock method to lock it so the pin remains disengaged for the ball or companion assembly install like on the common B&W under truck bed assemblies I've had on several trucks. We ended up installing the pin slightly out of line so that the tip of the pin would catch on the exterior of the receiver when pulled out and then when I wanted to engage the pin just push up on the handle and press the pin back in. I do like that I can still cover the hitch hole with the cover plate as seen in the picture. 453876

This is a high quality, basically bolt in product that fits well and has all ample hardware. The video is priceless and must be watched since it answers many questions otherwise. Spare tire removal is basically mandatory but we did leave rear wheels on. Only a problem when torqueing the side frame bolts. Exhaust is problematic at least for the Duramax. We did loosen some rubber hangers and with 2 people, were able to pull down on the exhaust to slip the center section in. The answer to the drilling for passenger side safety chain hooks is correct. Due to the exhaust pipe, you either punch a small drill hole at an angle from the bottom and enlarge it from the top or measure from the top only (less accurate). We drilled from bottom and enlarged it, which was perfect. Drilling a 4" hole in the bed of a brand new truck is scariest part! Measure twice, cut once, be accurate and with a spray in bed liner, its almost the exact same rear measurement (mine was tight getting the center section through the bed after allowing for the spray in product about 1/8"). Otherwise drill a 4 1/8" or 4 1/4" hole. On GM, the center (width about 25 1/2") is centered on the middle bed high slot, not the lower one. Also, shipping, emails, communications etc. were all outstanding. 330727

A very nice well built hitch. My son and I installed this hitch in 3.5 hours. The instructions were a little vague, but the video that etrailer provided for a 2001 GMC Crew Cab with a short bed, was similar to my 2003, an was very helpful. We removed the rear wheels, and had to cutout a section of heat shield, and cut a v shape in the bed. We didn't have to touch the exhaust, like the video instructed. The braces were a little tight to get in place, but weren't that difficult. We used a tractor, and chain to hold tension on the hitch while we bolted it together. All said and done, I would say make it a 2 man job, and you will be pleased with the results.... 352515

This is the first product in a very long time that actually exceeded my expectations. First of all it is Made in the USA. Second, it was clearly made by people who not only know what they're doing but take great pride in their work as well. The fit and finish were perfect. I watched B & W's install video on YouTube and was again pleasantly surprised that it was relevant to the exact product I bought. Installation was very straight forward and, again, there were no surprises as between the video and the included instructions B & W had all their bases covered. Even though I didn't have extra help nor B & W's installation tool I was able to innovate with some 5/8" threaded rod and a couple nuts I had laying around. Everything fit together so perfect I was able to complete the installation in around 2 hours with a not-fully-recovered ruptured disc in my back. I have had this in my truck for several months now and I still think it's absolutely fantastic. It is hell for stout and simple to operate. Thank you so much B & W! Lets also not forget etrailer. It almost goes without saying that their service and shipping are prompt and courteous. 172726

This was my Second Hitch to order from etrailer. The first was on my 2012 Ford Transit Connect. This time was on my newly purchased 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel truck. It did not have the Goosneck Hitch and I have Horses and use a Trailer to transport them. Instead of paying Much More to have the hitch put in, I elected to do it myself. I looked at the Video and read the instructions Twice before starting. Since I am almost 75, I need the help of my son. While he was at work, I did most of the work myself. When he got off work, we finished the job. I will continue to purchase from etrailer. The items fit Perfectly and instructions are Great. I received my hitch and was able to install it, with the help of a friend. It would be much easier with a lift, but it is certainly doable by lying on the ground. A mechanic's creeper will save you a lot of headache if you go that route. Everything that was needed was in the packaging, and although the instructions were a little tricky at times, everything went together nicely. I didn't have a 4" hole saw, and had to use a 4 1/8", so it doesn't look as nice as it could have...I highly recommend you go through the list of required tools, and make sure you have all of them, in good working order, before you start! I did not need to cut any notches in the bed lip, or drop the exhaust on my 17 F250, so that was an added bonus over what I'd read prior to purchase. Overall very satisfied with this purchase so far. 375154

2007 Toyota Tundra DC 6.5' Bed Follow the instructions. I had the cross-members and cross-member braces turned the wrong way and thought I was in BIG trouble with the hole lining up with the center section. The kit is well put together and has EVERYTHING you need for the install -tools. Make use of the "Overhead Lifting Device" mentioned in the very beginning. This makes it much easier to get bolts installed in the center section and cross-members. I just tied a rope to the latch pin in the ball socket and wrapped it around a truss in my garage. The heat shield removed in step 2 will not be re-used. Have a small 1/2" drive drill on hand. My 4" hole-saw and 1/2" bits would not fit in a 3/8" drill chuck. I had to use a ginormous Makita hammer drill which made it more difficult particularly with the 1/2" holes for the safety chain u-bolts. Would highly recommend this kit. Everything is well built, well documented, and complete. 201888

Love the hitch. Works like a champ takes a while to install but not too bad. I was missing 2 lock nuts in mine but everything else was good. 368120

This has got to be one of the best examples of the aftermarket and the auto industry working together. First off, the B&W turnover hitch for the 2013+ Ram 3/4 ton truck is virtually indestructible. Couple that with the the Ram trucks frame and bed design which is 'turnover ball ready' and you have the perfect marriage of strength and ease of installation. They really got this one right. High quality, excellent design and craftsmanship, and that is just the Hitch! Don't get me started on the 3/4 Ton Ram! If you have a newer Ram Diesel, and need a turnover ball, you absolutely cannot beat this hitch! My need was for a 5th wheel hitch, so I also purchased the B&W companion hitch which drops into the turnover hitch hole. I will review that product once I have a bit more experience with it. The turnover I have experience with on my last Ram truck pulling goosenecks. Don't settle for 2nd best, you WANT the B&W quality! 273463

A year has passed, multiple 1000 mile trips and the only thing I would add, it that the Companion Hitch is every bit as awesome as the turnover hitch. I am sold. I would never want to trust the safety of my family to anything else. Keep up the good work!

I watched the video you guys had posted for my exact vehicle and that made the installation so much easier. Not that directions are hard to follow, but seeing it done live is the way to go. I'm one that likes to do things myself unless it's super cheap for an install, in this case everyone I talked to quoted around $350 to $450. My buddy and I did the install this past weekend and it turned out great. I hooked up to my gooseneck last night and im happy to say this hitch is awesome! Can't wait to show the wife how a gooseneck trailer rides so much better than a bumper pull, I'm trying to convince her to upgrade from a travel trailer to a fifth wheel, I think this will convince her. 356632

How good is free shipping, our Order was placed about 8pm est on Thursday Jan 19th, and arrived Jan 25th before I returned from work at 4pm. Just sold the F-150 I installed the previous B&W fifth wheel hide a ball hitch in. Love this hitch set up, after arriving at a campground and unhooking the camper I have FULL use of the truck bed. Install of round two begins in the morning, directions are simple and easy to understand. George J from E-trailer has been keeping me updated with information about my delivery status and made himself available had I had any questions. Wife and I have been camping for about four years, on our second RV and now our third truck and have been totally satisfied ordering everything we needed from E-trailer over that time, (about 18-20 orders to date) adding to the great products E-trailer provides is the HOW TO DIY videos on many products. 335458

I have purchased 2 of these hitches. The first one was installed at my local shop. This time I decided to go at it myself in my garage. Super easy instructions made this a breeze. Took about an hour or so by myself to install. Love these hitches, super easy to operate and most of all with the flip over design BOOM the ball is completely gone and flush with the bed. I owned a gmc sierra 2500hd and installed a Pop-up hitch. Never again. The ball would not sit flush due to the slide arm running right into the exhaust pipe making a horrible rattlin sound when the ball was in the down position. Will never buy any other hitch but B and W again!!! Love this product. 324915

Best gooseneck hitch period. I've had and installed several over the years, for myself and others. Best working mechanism for ball release. Easy installation. Did mine by myself, using a jack stand and a ratchet strap to hold the hitch head. 274626

Solid product. Purchased to replace Draw tite 9067, which would not work with Draw tote Hi Rise 5th wheel adapter. Hitch installed exactly as instructions show, Only problem I had was breaking several still hits making holes for safety chain hooks. Seemed that the hits tend to bind up as they hit the next later of steel. Used a ratchet tie down as a second set of hands. I tightened the strap as I guided the hitch into place. 416724

Review from a similar B and W Turnoverball in Gooseneck and Fifth Wheel Adapters

I bought a B&W turnover ball for my 2008 F350 along with a Companion slider 5th wheel hitch. Not quite as easy to install as I thought it would be so had to have it installed at a shop. They had to loosen the bolts and raise the bed slightly to get the kit installed. The only problem I had was that after I dropped the Companion slider into the B&W turnover ball setup, was that it was extremely difficult to remove. I towed a large rv approximately 500 miles, and then tried to remove it, but literally had to hammer the pin out of the turnover ball. I just upgraded trucks and bought a new B&W turnover ball setup and plan to use the same Companion slider. Hopefully it will be easier to get in and out. Love the Companion slider. Awesome hitch. Love the flexibility of being able to tow a gooseneck or a 5th wheel. 221472

I'm a cattle rancher, so this is about my sixth time putting in a gooseneck hitch. I guess you could say I know what I'm doing when it comes to installing them. They weren't always B&W hitches that I installed. Some brands were real nightmares. In my opinion B&W has made a superior product in there hitch, with instructions to match. You have clearly stated things that need to be removed to facilitate installing. Your simple steps are also clear and concise. I thought it was also refreshing that there weren't pages and pages of instructions to confuse an installer. Some people (me) are more visual so I would like to see more pics of the install, although the pics you have are very helpful. Well done B&W,and thanks to your outfit for a quality American product that wasn't made in China. 200130

What a good buying experience on my B&W gooseneck hitch and towing accessories for my Toyota Tundra. First of all, the pricing was good on all my items. Second, free shipping. Third great customer service and recommendations during the purchase process and then followup at shipping. Next day I realized that I had forgotten to get a suspension enhancement item I also wanted so called back. No problem, they would add it to my original shipment for just $x.xx extra. All the items arrived very well packaged. Based on etrailer.com's great videos on 'how to install on YOUR particular vehicle' series, I was able to install all the components myself. I would not have attempted the hitch without that video so I saved a bunch there due to their video's. THANKS etrailer.com!!! 310353

Install was straight forward, the only exception is that the tire, heat sheild and tailpipe must come off, not an option. Removing these makes it accessible and easier to do. 202161

It still working great, being in the rust belt, keeping it lubed is the key.

Review from a similar B and W Turnoverball in Gooseneck and Fifth Wheel Adapters

I had a B&W on my previous truck, which I had for 16 years. Never a problem with B&W, top notch quality, fit like a glove and built in the USA by an all American, top-notch company (visit their website). I worked for an oilfield service company that had these hitches on most of their pickups which towed daily - never a problem. I will be installing it this weekend on my new truck and based on my past experience I don't anticipate any issues whatsoever. As for etrailer.com - I've done some business with them over the years and always been a pleasure. Never had to call for help but based on the videos they seem quite knowledgeable and I've no doubt they would be able to walk me through anything that might come up. 337418

Hitch is exactly as advertised. Drilled hole for ball receiver exactly where the instructions said and it was almost spot needed 1/8" for perfect fit. Otherwise installation went smoothly. Took me a little over two hours. Everything fit well. Took me awhile to master the bolt holders they sent with the kit. Installation looked good when finished. Picture isn't that good but will give you idea of what finished install will looks like. I am going to have the bed sprayed with Line-X and that should fix any rough edges. 169117

The B&W Turnover ball hitch kit for my 2014 Ram 3500 was very well engineered to fit precisely in my truck's frame and appeared to be well constructed in all respects. It was definitely no cake walk in the installation department and not recommended to be taken on by a non professional unless you are confident in your mechanical skills. I did it alone. The directions recommend the job be done by two. Good advise. The directions described a couple of things as "optional", like removing the spare tire and heat shield and removing exhaust donuts. Definitely NOT optional! But all in all it went well, turned out excellent. Great American made product, and has my seal of approval. 181293

I have not yet had the hitch installed, but it should be by late Monday. I will write a follow up review once I am able to use it. Family members and friends recommended the B&W Rollover hitch to me and they had great things to say about it. I do want to comment on the service that sales person provided. He was very knowledgeable about the product and did offer a lot of good information about the hitch, and the installation of it. I did ask several questions about the installation process and he was very patient and provided the necessary answers. Excellent delivery time! Got it ahead of schedule. Great job! I will be calling on you again. John S. 323776
