I t fit perfectly to replace my old 40 year wore out trailer suspension.
Reason for only 4 stars is the shipping boxes are Chinese cheap and a bolt was missing from shipping Kaos
I was able to get one from a local trailer supply.
They need to step up to a better grade of shipping container nobody likes to get their stuff with Parts missing

Pretty junkie. most of the nuts are rusted along with some of the hangers. The hangers are not bent square or parallel. The bolt will not reach thru to start a nut.
If I wasn't really needing them I would send them back

The AP233-H248 axle hanging kit came super fast. It was the correct size and excellent quality. I didn't think about ordering spring eye bushings, but that is nobody's fault but mine. I'm planning to order from etrailer.com again.

Great improvement, every trailer should leave the factory with these installed!
Also cut and welded crossmembers between spring hangers.

Box was not adequate for the weight of the products. It was delivered with a hole in the bottom. I was missing 6 nuts and one bolt from the kit. As far as the kit is was exactly as described other than the missing parts.

Using the hangers to restore an old trailer. The only problem I ran into was that my six leaf springs have three quarter inch bores and the standard bushings are eleven sixteenths. I'll have to machine something for that. Shipping was excellent and here before I was ready. Thanks

The parts are great quality and showed up to my door very fast. Furthermore, the etrailer team was super helpful when the exact part I needed wasn't going to be stocked for another 2 months. I received an email on the conformation of the order very quickly. The order was thenprocessed the very next day, and sent out. I received the parts well before the original due date. The parts were in good condition, and the heavy parts we stapled to the shipping box so they wouldn't move around and damage the other parts. Excellence care.

service was excellent as usual delivered earlier than promised. I was however disappointed in what I received. The ubolts were not as promised. they only had 2 inches of thread I needed about 21/2. This was a surprise as I was told they would have 4 inches.This meant a trip to an automotive store to get what I needed. now I have 8 ubolts that are not much good to me. How unlike etrailer.

Full disclosure: we boat in brackish water in Florida, but I always hose the trailer down afterward.
Springs work as they should and installation was straightforward. However, I’m not sure how long they’ll last. After only 5 or 6 launches/ retrievals last year, this is what they look like now. The springs and equalizer must’ve been spray-painted at the factory, not powder-coated. I believe made in China. I even soaked the bolts and links in motor oil before installing to stave-off corrosion. I just hope we don’t have a failure on the road any time soon because of this accelerated corrosion!

After all of the bad weather I was able to finish installing my new suspension system on my 1992 Lance Fifth Wheel. The task was much easier than I had anticipated. The instructional video you provide access to were a big help. Other than having to grind off a nut or two I had no difficulties (See attached photos). The 'list' that had developed on the fifth wheel is now resolved, and towing has already proven to be better.

I ended up buying something different. Very poor quality. I did email etrailer to see if they would do something and waited a couple of weeks for a response and I’m still waiting. After the second nut and bolt combo stripped I pulled everything from this kit off and put it where it belonged. In the garbage. Sorry for the bad review but I tried.

Trailer has 13000 miles, much of it on rough highways. I realized there was looseness in the suspension and could see the shackle holes were showing some elongation. This kit restored it to good running condition. The marks on the parts indicate they are of the same manufacture as the original equipment from LCI. I am very satisfied with the results. I also changed the original equipment brake assemblies at the same time installing Axletek self adjusting brake assemblies.

This kit worked out perfect for my 16' 89 layton travel trailer. I have the elusive 2800 lb axles (which axle tube diameter matches 3500lb axles) which I have been told by etrailer tech support were made specially for the RV industry. I also replaced the leaf springs but had to get them elsewhere because etrailer does not stock them. The info on the 2800 lb axles I got from etrailer was invaluable in being able to locate the leaf springs I needed.
