Ordered two sets for two trucks. Both sets arrived damaged by UPS. Driver threw the packages to the rear and same board in both packages dinged. Not a huge deal to me as it was not visible when on the truck. Not an etrailer problem. Boards are great and perfect size for easy ingress and egress with work boots on.

They are already showing signs of rust and stainless should not rust.

The fit and finish of the end caps are terrible. This company Westin should be ashamed to offer such nice nerf bars at the premium price they cost for the quality I received I’m not happy. Etrailer is great. This company Westin want even respond to my emails. The end of the bars looks like they’ve been cut off with a die grinder the plastic caps do not fit. These are for my new 2022 Chevy 2500 I thought I was buying premium running boards.

Good quality running boards. Straight forward install. No problems after 1 year of use. Work well for paint protection as well as a step for entry. In the pictures the truck is dirty and the running boards still look great. I would definitely buy them again.

product is good and everything fits wells. Instructions are poor on how to install cert nuts if your don't have them included. I had to review a separate [online] video to figure out how to install the cert nuts. Everything else went smoothly.

Our customer was very satisfied with how wonderfully they complimented his new truck as well as the ease of getting in and out of his truck.
Instillation was simple and hassle-free.
I highly recommend this WESTIN Automotive product to anyone on the fence about which Running Boards to purchase.
First off, instructions are horrible. They constantly contradict themselves. What was supposed to be a simple install turned into an 5 hour ordeal. Do not attempt torque anything, you will wind up bending the brackets and breaking them, just hand tighten them. I feel as if there should have been another support instead of 3 for a crew cab truck. Overall product is good. It did come with a ding in it but by the time I realized it I had already put the brackets on so there was no returning it.

Super easy to install. The aluminum was a little thinner than what I was expecting and they hang a little lower that what I was hoping. They look great on the truck, super easy to install and seem to be pretty sturdy. So far worth 5he money.

The running boards are just what I wanted. The issues that I had are that The installation instructions did not say that they would fit 2023 GMC, but they did. I was also missing one nut for the install that I had to purchase else ware. They are good boards, the company just needs to improve quality control.

In customer service, she was very helpful making sure I got what I was looking for she made sure they was the correct size for my pickup. These look amazing. They look close to stock and really enhance the overall appearance of my truck. Very sturdy with a nice wide foot tread. You also have the ability to slide these a couple inches forward and back to get them lined up with the cab exactly where you want them. Installation was easy. Took a little longer than it should have because it was only 6°F while I was installing them, so frequent breaks to thaw my fingers were necessary!

Overall happy with these. Very easy to install, sturdy, and happy I chose aluminum. Only knock I have is after one year the paint on the steel mounting brackets is not holding up. Will need to repaint these.

They are good. No rust, dents etc. They fit a size 12 shoe will. No problem getting in. The bottom of mine are open. They are not a hollow tube. At this point one year later, I would buy again, but there is no need.

I like the running boards, I wish they were about 2 inches lower, I had a problem with not having enough Flat washers and had to get a locking nut as well because I could not get one of the nuts to thread onto the stud bolt, I ended up going to Lowes and buying these items. The online video help me out a lot so thanks for putting that out to view. I found a very small dent on the drivers side running board after I placed them on the truck. I would of gave 5 stars if it was not for the issues, I mentioned.
